I am a long time buyer of Saucony running shoes and have been impressed with the quality of the shoes until now. I hope I just got a lemon and this pair of shoes isn't a reflection of the brand as a whole. I have been wearing my new Guide 13 since mid July for walks only and the fabric has begin to rip. This should not happen this quickly. These are not cheap shoes! I have other Sauconys that I use as beater shoes for the beach and garden work and they still look like new on one pair is 10 years old!

My wife bought this shoe a few months back n about two weeks ago in the wall behind the heel some hard material broke up and it started hurting the back of the heel. Can you please explain why is it so n how it can be fixed. Regards

Can't rate them because I never got them. I had to reach out to saucony twice before anyone did anything. Luckily I was refunded but no one ever even offered to send a new pair perhaps. I mean, I wanted the shoes. That's why I bought them to begin with. Pretty disappointing. Went with ASICS.

Been using Guide 13s only as a light walking shoe during quarantine and they have absolutely fallen apart in less than 3 months. Feel honestly very ripped off and very disappointed for such an expensive shoe I was hoping would be my go to workout shoe.

The Women's Guide 13 shoe I just bought is horrible. Like many, I wear orthotics. So I have to take out the liner of the shoe for them to seat properly. Nothing but squeaks! Sometimes from the arch, usually from the heel. I went to a store that specializes in running shoes. They sold me Body Glide to wipe all over the bottom. It works for one day. Then squeak! I won't be buying these again.

While Saucony recommended this shoe to me, I don't think it was the right shoe for my feet. They caused a lot of pain on the outside of my feet. I wore the shoes inside for three days with no discomfort, but as soon as I ran in them, the pain started, I was barely able to make it home. Now, I cannot return the shoes and I certainly cannot wear them.

I have been in Omni's for over 10 years but have not been adjusting well to the past two shoe models in Omni. Thought I would give the Guides a try. 3 runs in and some nasty tendinitis in my ankle, which I've never had before. I am not going to be keeping these. The shoe itself is well built and feels comfortable on - as long as I am not running. I feel bad giving it a low review as it just was not a good fit for ME. After a long relationship with Saucony's I am sad to say that I will be moving onto another brand. :(

The color as advertised was not representative of the true color that arrived. Also, sizing not true to chart.

This shoe felt like the arch was under my heel. I sent them back.

I was not happy with the changes to the Saucony Guide. I have been a loyal Saucony client for many years and have experienced dissatisfaction with each Guide update since the Guide 8. I have a high instep, narrow heel and wide forefoot. Saucony used to provide a deep, snug fit for my foot, but with the changes in the Guide 13, I am unable to wear these shoes. The new Guide 13 does not allow this deep fit and the shoe does not wrap the arch for support. Also, I don't like the sole of the shoe, I don't see how this change can weather the many miles of a runner.
