I've worn the Saucony Guide for over 10 years, with the Guide 10 being my favorite. The Guide ISO models were truly disappointing and I ended up with a stress fracture in my foot as a result of the poor design changes. But I'm happy to say that I just ordered my second pair of the 13's and am very happy with the new style which is very much like the 10s. My only complaint is that my first pair of 13s didn't last as long as my 10s did. I've put around 300 miles on these and I can tell they have lost some support and need to be replaced. My 10s lasted over 400 miles with no problem. But overall I'm very happy with the fit/style/support and will be buying another pair soon!

I love how this shoe fits my wide foot. I have been wearing Saucony Omni Pro Grid and now the Guide for at least a decade. I love this shoe! However, this version, the Guide 13, does not seat my heel as deeply as previous versions which is not so great when I use my inserts which I need for the metatarsal pad. Therefore, my heel slips up a bit while wearing them, which kind of drives me crazy for the first few minutes of wearing them. I spent a few days with the regular inserts in place, to form the shoe to my foot and now my Aetrex inserts fit a bit better. No issues running in them on my treadmill.

Comfortable shoe, but sizing is off. Ordered my normal 7.5 which I have worn in running shoes since about 8th grade. This shoe felt like a 6.5 and I have previously purchased this style in a 7.5 with no issues. Comfortable enough just tight on my toes, was able to use them until they were worn out

Not as much cushioning as I thought the shoe would have. It does offer great support and they look great!

I've been using the guide 13's in the gym and on walks. Unfortunately the fit I feel like isn't the same as the older models so I use a different brand to run in. I do love how lightweight they are so that's a bonus

After wearing guides for the last 7 years, I never wore this shoe beyond trying it out. It was too narrow in the toe box and it never felt good. The guide 14 is much better and I am back to wearing the Guide after having to have taken a break last year.

I like my old Triumph 150 much better than my new Guide 13. The support isn't as good and they are also too stiff.

The hard outer toe box is uncomfortable. I've had about 10+ pairs of Guides and they have never had this hard liner on the inside. I worry about long runs, as I have just been doing shorter distances with these so far.

I usually wear a size 8 in running shoes because I want my toes free to wiggle around some. My feet are a B/normal width. I’m a 7 in heels and 7.5 in other kinds of shoes. These shoes squeezed the upper portion of my toes. I wore them on the elliptical and walked a little on the treadmill. I thought my toes would go numb. This shoe felt like I was walking on a super hard surface and my soles of my feet began to ache. I tried my to make these work out but the pain was unbearable. I packed them up the same day I got them and sent them back immediately.

The last pair of Saucony shoes that I owned were the Guide 9. These are not quite the same. There's more padding and a tighter fit around the Achilles, not sure if I'll like that. Also, these still run small. I wear a 7.5 and had to size up to 8 for both the Guide 9 and these newer Guide 13. I also bought a pair of Hurricane 22 to try and 7.5 on that style fit perfectly.

While I am sure this sneaker would be a great "fit" for someone else, unfortunately, it isn't for me. I purchased this particular Saucony sneaker style based on the fact it is the style that replaced Saucony IOS 2.0 which was the VERY BEST sneaked I have ever worn. This sneaker isn't as comfortable, a bit narrower in the main footbed and wider in the heal. After about a month they became somewhat comfortable.

Like walking on clouds, I have only had for a few weeks and the downside is they are falling apart...

I recently purchased two pairs of Saucony runners. These ones and a pair of Women's Triumph 18 Running Shoe. The Triumph 18s are the favourite of the two. I find the guide 13s to fit smaller (more like a 10.5 than an 11) and there is less cushion. I will not be running in the Guide 13s. I am going to use them for daily use walking while at work - on my feet all day.

I wanted to love these shoes but as others have said, there is just something weird going on with the heel. It felt like my foot kept slipping out. Also the front wasn’t quite as roomy as usual.
They look great though. The berry/ pink combo is awesome!

I've been running in Guides for the last seven years, always size 6.5M. I alternate with Kinvaras, also size 6.5M. My non-running shoe size is 5.5W. I've used the same orthotic inserts the whole time (too lazy to get new ones). This was the first time that Guides gave me any issues. First, it was the toe box itself. I thought it was maybe just rubbing my toes, and figured that I'd break them in (I couldn't remember if I'd had the same issue in the past). Then I thought they were just a bit too narrow, and I relaced them to avoid the toe box--still had issues. Then my toes started getting very inflammed and would fall asleep while running--thought it was new socks, or possibly covid toe (look it up! I was very fortunate to only get this symptom), or an increase in mileage. It wasn't until I saw the callouses forming on my pinky toes that I realized it had to be the new shoes. The issue had run longer than the new socks, covid toe, or mileage increase.
In all the re-lacing I did, I also started to encounter an issue of my heel slipping out. This is also an issue I've had in Kinvaras (but not Fasttwitch).
Anyways, that is my scientific evidence of these shoes now running very narrow. I've tried putting on my older Guides and they are much more comfortable, and I ran in these for several weeks so it's not just breaking them in.
I tried ordering 6.5W and will see how it goes (first run was in them today). It's a shame, because I loved the look of the 6.5Ms (gray with purple laces) and so far, the insole in the M seemed "springier" than in the Ws, but the Ws had better heel coverage.
Obviously I still love Saucony Guides! Saucony, if you are going to make the shoes narrower, please make snappier colors available in Wide!

I have worn Saucony for years. Always been happy with them. I had multiple pairs of the Guide 10. The Guide 13 does not feel as comfortable to me. My toes often go numb and they don't feel like they have as much cushion.

Order one full size larger. Not as happy w this pair of Saucony as I have w others I have purchased. Hope the quality of Saucony isn't going down as it is the only brand I have consistently worn for the past 3 decades.

I have several pairs of saucony sneakers because I love them. These run small and are tight around my toes. I thought they would stretch a little with some wear and it's been two weeks worth no relief. I suggest you buy half a size to a full size bigger. These were suppose to be my new work out shoes and now I'll just have to wear them for a short period of time as casual sneakers. And even then, my toes go numb. I wish I would have returned them.

I have been wearing guides for almost 10 years. They are my favorite running shoe supportive without being restrictive.
Wear around the opening is typical after a lot of use, but I just received my latest pair and they split at the opening after a single 45 minute walk around the neighborhood.
I love these shoes but I expect higher quality for a shoe at this price point.

Comfortable shoe with great looks. If it rains your feet will be soaked. If there's even a shallow puddle your feet will be soaked.

The foam inside the shoe caused my feet to overheat and develop blisters on my toes and sole of foot. Heel design did not really prevent overpronation.

These shoes fit like a dream, so comfortable, so supportive. I was thrilled with them for my daily one hour walk. After two weeks the fabric on the inner lip near the calcaneus started to break and pull away. I took them in and was told they were a 'bad apple' and got a second pair. The same thing happened after three weeks, I couldn't believe it! I returned them. So sad.

Sadly this shoe didnt do for me what other models of Saucony have. It hurts my knees and calves in a way that isn't' sustainable.

Absolutely love the fit and feel of these shoes. I run my best paces with them. Huge disadvantage is the rubber soles wear out extremely fast when running on pavement. Too expensive of a shoe to only last 100 miles or so.
