ordering 'wide' size shoes online is tricky and I ordered a size too large. Have been trying to contact Merrell to proceed with exchange but they have not responded.

My jungle moc slides were wearing out but couldn't find them anymore, so I opted for this model (actually the Encore from a couple of years ago-I haven't tried the newest version). The Encore was such a disappointment, much less comfortable than the jungle moc slide, that I probably won't attempt another Encore purchase. I did buy a new jungle moc but it's just not the slide. I wish you would bring the slide back.
