I am bummed. I bought a new pair to replace my old pair, which I loved, without reading the reviews. Definitely not the same quality as before. The sole is made of a different composite than before. The new sole is harder and it squeaks when walking on tiled floor. I have only worn it for a couple of days.

I have been a loyal fan of Encore Breeze shoes for years. I saw that it had been modified this year (different mesh covering) when I went to order a new pair, but took a chance. The shoe fit well although I was disappointed I couldn't use my orthotic as I have before--the sizing must be slightly different because I ordered the same size I had previously. However, for other reasons, I wished I'd returned it. 1. The shoe has and continues to have the most awful chemical smell, even months after purchase! My closet smells! My feet smell! 2. Even more annoying is that my right shoe makes noises like a honking goose. It's so loud that people have commented and I don't know what to do about it. Between the bad smell and the honking goose sound--I rarely wear these shoes! So, I'm really unhappy with my new pair of Encore Breeze 4 and wish I'd returned them straightaway.

This shoe fits perfectly, in the picture its looks well ventilated (mesh) however my feet are hot in these shoes. The outer sole is nice but the foot bed is hard and uncomfortable. There is nothing comfortable or supportive inside this shoe.

Nice fit, not the best heel support but comfortable. it had 2 stains on the top so I had to return.

I thought these were unisex because they were ridiculously big everywhere. They fell off my feet. I returned them the next day.

i've purchased this slip on clog many times and really loved when fun colors were available, now it's just these boring neutral colors. come on guys, live it up! we need some color energy! i've seen some black patent leather which i would love a pair, orange (which i have), green apple which i wish i had, now i just have navy and black because they are the best of the neutrals. very sad.

I was down to my last pair of Encore clogs, so I ordered some new ones. Couldn't comfortably get my foot into these. I compared them to my old pair. They are 3/8 of an inch narrower. Sorry, little toe, no room for you! Considered ordering wide but boring colors.

Encore Breeze shoes are durable, comfortable, and easy to get on.

I own numerous pairs of Merrell's - from old favorites to newer barefoot models. Love them all until this pair. OMG, they are the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn and I just can't figure out how they didn't work for my feet. I read reviews (unfortunately the 1 and 2 star reviews, although current were not included in the general list of reviews.....from now on, I'll check them individually) and all were very positive 5 star reviews. So I bought a pair, sized up which was a good thing and began wearing them. I just wore them for short periods of time at first. Yesterday was my first all day wear. Mid-afternoon I felt some pressure across the top of my left food but figured it was the result of being on my feet a lot. There was no actual pain, just a noticing. Changed shoes when I got home and felt a bit of soreness and again attributed it to being on my feet. The bad news came a few hours after I went to bed. The top of my foot was throbbing, my toes were sore and the pain went beyond my ankles. They are still tender this morning. I only wear good quality shoes and have for many years. I walk faithfully every day at least 1.5 miles and often more. I just don't experience foot problems. That is, until I wore these shoes. If only I had read the 1 and 2 star reviews.......I'm not alone in my experience with the Encore Breeze 4. Sure wish these reviews had been incorporated in the overall list. I may well have reconsidered my purchase.

I have purchased Merrell in the past and literally wore out my shoes. The last shoes I purchased were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. The shoes marked the bottom my foot with outline of the of shoe insole. I had this problem with Encore Breeze and the Bravada back strap. I did not have this problem with the similar Merrell shoes in the past

I have bought these exact shoes in the same size 9 over and over during the past years. They have been my go to casual shoes with jeans as well as my work shoes as a clinician. This pair is much flimsier and much less structured then they have been in the past. I've worn them a few time and they are way too big for me by virtue of stretching out and losing their shape just from walking in them in my neighborhood. And I bought two pairs...ugggh. Disappointed, as these have been my favorite go-to shoes for years...

I returned them. I bought the correct size i wear and they were too big and slid off my foot while walking, never good!

The left shoe hurts where the leather band crosses my foot. The right shoe is comfortable. I bought these shoes to replace a pair that I had worn out. I'm disappointed.
