THIS SHOE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SIZE 10.5 -2A LIKE ALL THE OTHER NB SHOES I HAVE BOUGHT. THE SHOES REALLY ARE A SIZE 11 OR 11.5 2A. I TRIED MANY TIMES TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT AT NEW BALANCE BUT THERE NO LONGER ARE NEW BALANCE AGENTS TO HELP. I WAS TOLD BY A TELEPHONE RECORDING TO TEXT MY QUESTION TO NEW BALANCE. YOUR TEXT RESPONSE WAS THAT NB DOES NOT KNOW THE MEASUREMENTS OF ANY OF THE INSOLES OF NB SHOES. SO I COULD NOT COMFORTABLY PURCHASE A SIZE 10 2A. I HAVE BEEN WEARING ONLY NEW BALANCE ATHLETIC SHOES FOR MANY YEARS. IN THE LATE '80S AND '90, NB MADE A GREAT SHOE WHICH ALLOWED BE TO RUN EVERY DAY IN NYC'S CENTRAL PARK IN MY SIZE 9.5 2As. MY FEET HAVE FALLEN & HAVE BEEN WEARING THE 10.5 2A. NO MORE.

The fit is not narrow enough-disappointing! Would not buy another pair of NB

New Balance apparently no longer stands behind their shoe quality. I purchased three different pair of shoes, all withing minimal time, began wearing in unusual ways. These wore after less than a month on only the top insides. Disappointed in their declining quality of shoes because I am a lifelong New Balance customer who only wore their brand for the majority of my life.

I have been wearing 940 athletic shores for several years. The pair I received is labeled 940 but is not at all similar to my current 940s. They are comfortable but the interior lining is not as well made and the exterior sole does not have a noticeable arch. The company does not have representatives to answer the phone. Per the options available, I emailed the company with my concerns and requested a recommendation for another model. I have NOT had any return communication from the company. It's very disappointing and I will most likely return the shoes.

The shoe did not fit right. I ordered on line with the help of one of your representatives. The size recommended was too large. Will take back to a store once one is open for me to try on a shoe. NB is the only athletic shoe I wear.

Even though I purchased the sdame model and size as five months ago, these shoes do not fit. They are too short

These tennis shoes looked like grandpa shoes. I don't understand why in 2020 stability running shoes have to look that horible and bulky. Sorry, there are a lot of other brands out there that have really nice looking stability/ arch support shoes that don't look like that. I really wanted to buy NB because that are made in the US and I want to support national industries but it was impossible to keep those bulky, wide shoes.

I loved the 940 v3 I have bought 4 pair. But hate the 940 v4 The make my feet hurt so bad I can't wear them what a waste of money. I will not buy these again
