The size was too big, but I thought it would feel better the more I wore them. My mistake. Once you wear them outside, you can not return them. Besides being slightly too large, the worst issue was when I wore them walking for a few miles, my feet hurt, like the shoes were too stiff with minimal cushion on the foot. I've walked longer over the week and it has not gotten better.

I'm usually a size 8 in New Balance so these were true to size- and the color, summer fog, was a really nice pale gray. What i did not like was that they looked like men's size 12 out of the box- As I said they did fit like a size 8, but maybe it was the cut/style that made them look like gun boats. Had to return : (

I have had many pairs of this shoe and this is definitely not a wide??????

Returning because they did not work with my orthotic.

The wide is not wide enough for my feet.

I am disappointed with NB this order. I’ve worn New Balance for many years and “my size “ with them was always a match. . Not this time around. Tried two sizes. No go ?

Where to begin? ZERO stars. AWFUL! Left shoe was big, right shoe was tight. The front of the shoes almost reached the front top of my ankle. Too long shoelaces. The soles were so hard it felt like there were wooden boards instead of insoles inside the shoes. Needless to say, very uncomfortable and going back ASAP.

I loved my last NB in a style they no longer offer. These were miserably stiff. I couldn't get them on without a shoe horn and then the right foot made a weird noise when I took a few steps. I'm sending them back.

Couldn't wear, though I've been wearing NB size 8 forever.

too narrow, when other new balance fit fine

One of the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried on. Felt like I was wearing cardboard boxes on my feet and they were short in length! Have worn only NB for over twenty years and feel like the quality just isn’t there anymore. Time to find another brand.

Not sure why but I wore these shoes for approx. 1/2 - 3/4 of the day and my right foot hurts very much almost like a really bad strain across the top of my foot near toes, the shoes felt flat! Also, I ordered two pairs one black and one gray. The black which I wore were not in original box they came in a brown box which said original box was destroyed during shipment. The gray (which I did not wear after wearing the black) was in original new balance box. I am almost wondering if the black pair was originally a return?? Because my foot is killing me I am not going to try the gray I am just sending back both. That was my experience, the sneakers could be fine and I was shipped a bad pair ??

I've been wearing NB 940 V3 for a couple of years and thought these would be the same fit and feel. Not so. They feel loose, especially the heel. My tibial tendonitis that had improved came back with a vengeance. Returning them.
