I'm 67 years old so my running days are over but got these sneakers for the long walks with our dog. Nice and comfortable.

I tried this pair but was sadly disappointed. Overall, the wide size felt roomy but the problem was the lower stitching to the sneakers tongue's. The lower stitching felt way to tight over my foot while walking and caused me great pain, which coincidentally NB were recommended for my walking needs. I only wondered, why create such a roomy sneaker, only to have a tight stitch right above your foot. Sorry guys but I give this brand a thumbs down.

Great support for pronators. Second purchase of this shoe in different color. Will purchase a third.

I bought A pair of these for my job. I work 12 hours 3 days a week in the hospital. Loved them very comfortable for me and would buy a 2nd pair again. 5 stars in my book.

Fabric in toe area feels like rough carpet and makes shoe hot and uncomfortable

I bought these on line. I have just started wearing them but they do not seem quite the same as version 3. They seem lighter, stability and support seem good, but the toe box seems narrower and not as deep as the v3. I will wear them longer. And break them in to see how they work out.

I have been using these shoes and their predecessors for some years now. Excellent construction, good wear, very comfortable, support against overpronation, 4E fitting, conservative colors - these are the features I want and I get them!

Fits right out of the box, no break in needed. A nice light weight shoe.

The shoe is very comfortable, but one shoe (the right) seems bigger than the other and fits differently. I have bought many NB shoes and loved them. I always get the same size and width. This pair just fits oddly.

This is a great, chill, casual wear. It's an everyday sneaker built for the daily grind. I appreciate the customized width options. Add more all navy blue color foam fresh and v models. Peace!

I loved your product number 1340 v2 N2 and I still walk regularly with the few pairs I have left. For some reason the newer models do not feel the same to me. So, bottom line I'm bummed. I have nueropathy in my feet and sneakers are all important for me. I wished you had model that as closely as possible resembled the model I jus mentioned

I have flat feet and a bunion. I've been an athlete all my life and now that I'm 55, it's harder to find quality athletic shoes that fit right. The description of these shoes was spot-on and they're awesome!

I buy several pairs of NB per year. I bought the same size (11.5) and width (2E) that I always buy. These were substantially larger in length and width.

The shoe is excellent but the shoestrings that came with them were a disaster - too long, slipped, etc.

Bought the 940 v4's to wear for daily use. As an engineer I do a fair amount of walking around the factory daily. I have worn thru several pairs of 990's, so I was looking for a comfortable yet supportive shoe. Very happy with the sizing and width of the 4E. These replaced a pair of Fresh Foam MXCTRLB1 that wore out after 4 months.

Described as a shoe that is good for flat feet but it is not stable and does not have good arch support. I had to return them next day. Still waiting for my refund.

I have flat and narrow feet and have been using the 990 series for 30 years. I recently purchased a pair of 990's for running but wanted to have a second alternative for casual wear. These are advertised for flat feet and I jumped at opportunity. Unfortunately, they are designed for overpronation and the sole is designed and built up on one side for this purpose. I do not overpronate and have slight supination which this shoe exacerbates. I went on lengthy walk and experienced pain in my feet, legs, and knees. Unfortunately I am stuck with these shoes and hope to donate to needy collection effort. I will stick with the 990 which is a superior shoe with better materials (leather trim versus plastic). The 940 shoe is lighter and has a quality insole.

I have Plantar fasciitis and was using the 880 running shoe, which were good but these are walking shoes and for a big man with arch problems I was concerned but I was absolutely satisfied with the 940. Great arch support, feel and style.
