I have been wearing Mizuno Wave Inspires for over 5 years now and these do not disappoint. Very similar to previous models. I have over pronated feet and these shoes are good for that. They provide a firm support, not too soft like some other shoes.

Love the fit and support. I have overpronated feet and these are the only gym shoes I wear for work or walking.

i wear Wide and to me the Wide feels more like Regular width but still fits good. love these for plantar facia and flat feet

Only shoes I can wear due to plantars. I run an average of 75 miles a month so my shoes need to stand up to the test! They do! Hands down best shoe

Hello. I have an older pair of Mizuno Wave Inspire 15 and finally wanted to replace them. They correct decently for pronation of the foot (I was fitted for my other pair at a running store..not that I run much, I don't, but I used to). I have read many of the reviews for the 16 here, and decided they still seem worth a try. I walk these days, fast, and have a bit of tendinitis in one foot, and an injured heel on the other. The 16 offer great support -and as a walker I haven't noticed anything at all different from my older ones (I have had many a different brand in-between). I love them. I put in better arch supports-I just pull out the ones that came with an insert my Superfeet. I bought the wine/cayenne in a half size larger as per recommendation and previous pair. Perfection.

These shoes are great. However I had to order a full size larger than I normally wear.
