Comfortable, but only moderate arch support and it felt oddly situated--a little off from my actual arch. Returned.

I have just started adding some bouts of jogging into my walking routine. I knew I needed a new pair of shoes if I was going to be doing any running. These have done a great job. My feet, ankles, and knees seem to be doing ok since I've started wearing these shoes. So that's a win in my book.

Shoes do not have the insoles in them. Brand New shoes with no insoles. Please send insoles or I will be returning them. Absolutely ridiculous.

I tried to like these but I felt that the “arch” was a bit much and too far back. I do a lot of walking at my job and by 12:30 I had blisters which I haven’t had in year due to sneakers. I thought the overall fit was good, but I will be sending them back

I sell a lot of Brooks where I work (we cater to nurses and medical staff) and I sell a lot of them, so I know they are great shoes, they just do not work for my feet unfortunately. The color was really cute and I would definitely recommend Brooks as a shoe.

I tried several different styles of Brooks, and liked the look and color choices of the Ravenna the best. I wish Brooks offered better color options across the board! However, these were also the least comfortable. I went with the Ghost 13 for comfort.

The tongue is too short, the laces holes are too narrow, the heel is too short so it inevitably moves when you run or walk which will cause blisters.

I thought I would love this shoe. Felt good initially until I went for my 3 mile walk. My left shoe fit has just gotten so uncomfortable at the footbed just at the toe area that I’ve had to quit wearing them for fear of damage to that part of my foot. I’m back in my Brooks GTS17’s of which I have 2 pair and love. This shoe is nice looking but I need a shoe that can give me endurance when I walk 3 miles per day this fit doesn’t work for me.

I typically wear a 7 in Brooks, so that is what I ordered. I love the way these look, but unfortunately they ran so small that I had to return them. I was disappointed, but I learned though subsequent research that Brooks is phasing the Ravenna out in favor of the Launch GTS, so at least I did not fall in love with a shoe that isn’t going to be around much longer.

These shoes fit perfectly. Unfortunately, the pressure point at the heel left my foot feeling as though the front was hanging over a step. I wanted to like these, but sent them back after walking around inside my home.

I really wanted to love these. Unfortunately, this shoe felt very firm and not soft to walk in. After only a few minutes standing in them, my feet hurt from all the applied pressure in the heels. It felt like I was standing on a step with only my heels on the step and the rest of my foot hanging over. The upper and toe box were perfect. I tried these because I wanted an extra pair of brooks and the price point was appealing. I’ll will go back to the Ghost. The 13’s are amazing.

I typically love Brooks and find them very comfortable. While these Ravenna's look great, I did not find them comfortable at all. The instep was very firm and ultimately I decided to return them. Too bad.
