My feet, knees and back love these shoes! The extra support provided by the guardrails is just what I needed to keep my increasingly flattening arches with the accompanying unstable knee wobbling from curbing my walking regimen. I can no longer run because of knee and back pain but it had even become challenging for me to walk for several miles, which I do almost every morning. I had been using lighter, more flexible shoes that offered very little support. I love that flexibility but in looking for more arch support I found I really don't like inflexible thick soles with no ability to feel my sole and toes moving with every step. I relied on other reviewers who said to go up 1/2 size in length and also to go wider since the toe box on this model feels narrower. I went up to a 10 1/2 D instead of my usual 10 B and I'm very happy with the fit. Thanks Brooks and reviewers!

Just took my Ravenna 11's on their first test mile. Loved them. I loved the Ravenna 9 partly due to the narrow fit that actually fit my heel. When the Ravenna 10 came out, it felt wider and slipped on my heel. When I stepped in to the Ravenna 11, I instantly noticed it had that more narrow feel and didn't slip on my heel. Glad to be back in Ravenna.

I've had these shoes for a few months and absolutely love them. I have flat, wide feet so trying to find a good shoe is really hard. These shoes have great arch support and are just very comfortable. Oh, and they're cute too! I'm not going to lie, I've always been one where I just slide my foot into the shoe without untying the shoe first. I can't do that with these shoes. I like that it's forced me to untie them.

I love Brooks and the Ravenna shoes. I have worn these shoes for years. I am not happy with the 11 though. I keep getting a blister for the first time in my 10 years of running on my heel and there is something else about the toe area that I don't love. I would love to stick with Brooks and maybe find another shoe that I love as much as the old past years Ravenna. But not. bad shoe.

I've been running in Brooks shoes for several years and I log about 25 road miles per week on them. The Ravenna line isn't my favorite, but the toe box is good and it suits my needs. I wish it was lighter and had more arch support, but that shoe may not exist. The Ravenna line doesn't seem to last as long as other lines I've used, but it's a decent road shoe overall.

Offers great support for power walking. I have tendinitis and it is the only shoe that allows me to still walk daily.

I switched from another sneaker to Brooks but will be switching back. My ankle, knee, and hip joints started going downhill once I started wearing Brooks.

Need a more neutral shoe. This is way different, in a way that doesn't work for me, than the 10's

I love these shoes! They were comfortable from day one, and are great for walking and jogging. They look good too.

Love the fit; very comfortable! Like them better than the Ravenna 10.
