I originally ordered the while 411 as I have been wearing them for years and didn't expect to be able to still find them. I have a narrow foot and the New Balance fit perfectly. The new white shoe felt so good I wanted another but alas they were all gone when I reordered. So I ordered the blue (great color) and am pleased with it too. Thanks Zappo!

I normally wear a 9 in shoes. I wear 9.5 in this style and insert custom orthotics. Only shoe I can wear more than an hour!

Great walking shoes. 8 1/2 narrow is hard to find. I'm so happy to have turned to Zappos to find them for me

I would like more support and thicker soles. Think I need a walking shoe.

They are very comfortable, size is accurate. Great service from Zappos. Only complaint is how thin and flimsy the shoe laces are.

I ordered this pair after reading an article about best walking shoes with good support and cushioning. The look was what I was looking for. After reading reviews I decided to order it, I never ordered walking shoes on line before. I recommend it highly. It is better than I expected. True to size and width.

These 411s are comfortable. I wear a size M to wide and got these in wide. They fit great. I like the color, and I like New Balance. Very happy with my purchase.

The fit and size are perfect for me! I ordered a wide which gives my toes some extra room. It's a light shoe that is comfortable for walking, and it's well made. I'm glad I purchased!

Had these shoes before that is why I got a second pair. True to fit and love the wide width. New Balance 411 are great for comfort and very affordable. Delivery of shoes was super fast. Had them in two days.

Fit is perfect. The inner sole is easily removed for adding an arch support. Shoes arrived quickly too.

So much good about these shoes, but I have a high instep and they feel a little tight. Sadly, returning them, but only because my feet are ridiculously hard to fit :-(

Fit and size feels good, material is easy to clean, protects my feet at work, and is flexible enough to walk easily.

Before buying the New Balance shoes, I just bought a new pair of Nike sneakers to replace an 11-12 year old pair of Adidas Tennis shoes. The new Nike's did not have any support, even with custom orthotics, and were not comfortable. The New Balance shoes are the perfect size for my Banana Feet and are quite comfortable and don't need my custom orthotics. I am very pleased!!!

Fit like a glove straight away

It's a good solid shoe. It fits like it should and like the leather uppers so when walking through wet grass I don't get wet socks.
