I liked the shoe but there is not enough cushion in the sole compared to other New Balance walking shoes I have worn.

the size is fine. it fits snug around my heels and looser in toe are. just what I need. plan to order in black.

Cute but felt small. I went up another half size.

Nice shoe, but didn't work for me. There is not much arch support, which causes my feet to pronate, putting stress on my knees.

Not supportive nor comfortable for me. I decided to return them. Trying out Oboz low waterproof, which cost more, but fits me better.

They are fairly comfortable with a wide toe box that I need.

I had to return them because there was no arch support. I tried putting in my arch support and then they were too tight. My toe touch the top of the shoe.

My friend needed new shoes at work and I bought these for her. We work on a farm so all day on her feet running. She seems to like them so I'd sat these are a thumbs up.

I like the rounded toe of this shoe. They look nice. The length was fine. I ordered 12N, but they seemed wider than that. I wish they would have had more cushioning in the foot bed.

New Balance used to be my "go to" shoes. I have narrow heels and a very high arch. From the description, I thought these would be just what I need. But I didn't feel like these shoes had any arch support and very little cushioning inside. Disappointing.

The size was right but they were too synthetic in appearance and a bit orthopedic looking, not stylish enough. But comfortable for walking. Could have more cushion for ball of foot.

I have the canvas version of the same style. The leather is not as comfortable.

I was sold on this shoe over the phone because it is supposedly a "diabetic" shoe. I am a nurse so I am on my feet all day for about 14 hours. I am developing a bunion, so I need a wide toe box now. Unfortunately my toes kept hitting the top of the shoe from inside and they weren't comfortable. Going back to my previous purchase, New Balance WW 577 in wide width which worked great for me and lasted me for almost a year. I do give Zappos five stars though for their customer service and return policy.

I surprised these shoes did not fit. I have a pair in white. Very comfortable but not these.

Not comfortable, even though wide, it wouldn't accomodate my orthotics. Quite cheaply made compared with other New Balance.

Fit and size were OK. Comfort: not so much. Was very stiff, uncomfortable. Had to return.

This WIDE was about as wide as a B. Don't let the review fool you - IT WAS TOO NARROW!!! My toes were screaming after 15 min.

I am VERY hard to fit, but with the help of a truly wonderful Zappos customer service rep, these New BALANCE shoes turned out to be a perfect fit. They're great for all day wear as well as walking. I'm going on 4 years and finally ready for another pair!

These shoes are exactly what I was looking for. I work at the post office and they are perfect for our dress code and also very comfortable. The price was also amazing and the shipping was very fast.
