Had this New Balance style before and really liked how they felt on my feet. I do alot of walking so they are the shoe for me. Style 411 I had a hard time finding but Zappos came through. Great service, ordered and had shoes in two days. Highly recommend both shoe type and Zappos.

Really am happy to have bought these shoes. They feel so comfortable and support my arch very well.

I love these shoes and a new pair is like heaven. Now I can use my old ones for gardening.

To be honest, I wondered if these would work with my narrow, high-arch feet - especially in the heel. Previous New Balance walkers were, to say the least, disappointing. These 411 are "perfect" and the "wide comfort" toe-box exactly what I was looking for. Just replace the insole with a "special" insert, wear a bit thicker sock and I am on the go. The built-in cushioning makes walking on hard surfaces a breeze.

Replacement pair... haven't changed a bit. Love these for winter and wet weather.

The shoe is comfortable. The toebox provides enough room and support for feet and toes. A great walking shoe!! Highly recommend!

Definitely order a half size up. I have worn this style for many years and have always worn a 7. This time the 7 and a half fit right. I walk everyday and love this shoe for comfort and support. I tried another brand and after a month the tread was worn down. The New Balance holds up much better.

This is one of the last New Balance shoes that give enough room in the toe box. I wear a 9 1/2 narrow, but buy a 10 for orthotics. There’s enough room for them. Without orthotics , I’m not sure how good the arch support would be. I have two pairs of these. Been waiting for another color. I love the shoelaces!

The fit was perfect the quality is the same as any other store I’ve looked at. And service is awesome.

Note: I can't comment on arch support because I take out the insert and use my orthotics instead. These shoes work great with orthotics. They are great for people with plantar fasciitis. I have owned 2 pairs of these - 2 of the black ones, and one of the bluish one. Even though they're supposedly the same, the black ones feel better than the bluish ones. It's something about the soles. I use the bluish ones in the summer so I don't look so orthopedic, and the black ones in the winter with my long pants. But my feet hurt more in the bluish ones, even with the orthotics. It's the sole that feels different, I wonder if there's something different between the white "dye" and black "dye" or whatever they use to give color to the sole. I walk 1-1/2 to 2 miles a day, so they all get a good workout. They fit fine (I have long narrow feet) and last well. They are in good shape even though I've worn out the lettering and have to look at the box to see which NB number they are.

My New Balance shoes we comfortable right out of the box. I have worn these for many years.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I love this doctor-recommended shoe for long distance (5 miles per day) walking. Very comfortable and supportive, as well as affordable and attractive. I usually get well over 600 miles on this shoe. Fits true-to-size. I'm a real fan!

These tennis shoes fit just fine, and I've very pleased with them.

Sturdy shoe for serious walking. Very comfortable, but not quite like walking on air. I ordered a wide so I could wear thicker socks.

They fitted just whright
