These fit me perfectly. I normally wear a medium width, so they may not be as good a fit for a narrow foot. It is nice that if they are waterproof. The zipper makes them easy to get on and off.

The most comfortable ankle boots I have ever worn! Plenty of toe room.
The zipper was not an issue for me.
I bought the brown and the black ones. Received a lot of compliments on them.

So I got the recommended size of 8.5 even though I am normally. 7.5-8. I wasn’t sure why this was the recommended size but I went with it. The 8.5 shoes are a full size too large so I would say they probably run true to size. That said, I’ll be returning these for a pair in my size. They are cute ankle boots, the insole is super comfortable, and I am loving the non-skid soles for the inclement weather seasons.

You could look at my feet and know this wss the boot for me. Comfortable from the moment I put them on. Wide forefoot, narrow heel. I do wish they were a tiny bit taller but they'll do because of the comfort. I have no problem getting them on. I have already received compliments on them

I wore these shoes through two weeks of travel in the UK and put many miles on them. So comfortable, right from the start. The only problem I had was with the soles of the shoes not being “cobblestone friendly”. Very slippery when wet.

I was pleasantly surprised that I could decide to keep these boots! Since becoming a "senior" I have been disappointed with some of my old favorites because they no longer fit my aging feet and don't come in a wide width. But these Merrells will be just fine! Horray!

Love these boots! So great for fall, winter and spring in the Rockies. Look fun and cute yet they keep feet dry traversing parking lots, sidewalk and yards that are wet and may still have some snow on them. Comfortable TOO. Wish I had 2 pair!

I took these to Zion for going out to dinner( wore my Merrell hiking boots for trails) . I wore them in snow and they were waterproof. I also like to wear them on the motorcycle

I am a professional dog walker. I walk all day, everyday even during the rainy season of the bay area. These boots will comfortably last me an entire season. I'll order a new pair every year.

Very hard to get on the first few wears but now that they have gotten used to my foot, they are great. I really like these boots. They fit very well.
I normally wear footwear with a large toe box. These boots do not have the large toe box so they needed some getting use to for me as far as toe wiggle room goes but I am pretty sure that they would feel normal to most people. They look very nice.
I'd also recommend:

I bought this boot after owning, and wearing out, a pair of the similar Andover Peak boots. Love, love , love the Merrill fit. I've read other reviews claiming that this boot is hard to put on. That is not my experience. True, my left foot is a little stiff, after a serious fracture and orthopedic surgery. Putting any shoes on that foot can be difficult. But for my normal right foot, getting them on is a breeze. I wore them on a 4-mile walk on my first day. Fabulous comfort. Highly recommended.

I love the fit of these boots. I started wearing Merrell several years ago and my feet really like them. I also need a low heel for various reasons and so these fit the bill. I love it that they’re versatile by being waterproof. I can hike in them or go to lunch and they go with jeans, leggings or a dress.

Boots were comfortable right out of the box as I'd expect from Merrell. They are roomy enough for heavy socks and perfect with ankle length jeans. More stylish than most comfort styles. If they turn out to be waterproof as claimed, they will be my unrivaled go-to boots when I'm not out in the woods in Merrell hiking boots.
