I have a real problem finding shoes that fit properly. I wear a 15W and many companies advertise a shoe this size but they often fail. These shoes definitely DID NOT. They were comfortable the moment i put them on. The size and width are perfect and the they wear well. They fit so well that I ordered another pair. The online ordering process was simple and user friendly.

I've been wearing Columbia hiking shoes for about 20 years. The sizing has been consistent across various styles, which allows me to order online with confidence that they will fit. The quality has always been excellent, and I'll continue to be a customer as long as that is the case. These hiking boots are fantastic.

I bought these as a gift for my 26 year old son. He absolutely loved them. I did tell him the previous reviews suggest they are not completely waterproof but he said they were extremely comfortable right out of the box and is very satisfied. Good price, good product.

best "bang for your buck" for light weight hiking shoe/boot. Comfortable, reasonably water proof, and durable. I've owned hiking boots made by Merrell, Vasque, Hoka, Keen, etc., spent a lot more money & was lucky to get 3 month use out of them. Currently at 5 months in the Crestwoods & I should be able to get at ;least another month out of them. They do run a little small, so if you have even moderately wide feet you need to buy the wide size & maybe go up a half-size.

I've only worn them 4 or 5 times, but the comfort level is off the chart! Living in the Phoenix AZ area, we don't get any snow, and very little rain. I bought these to wear to the high country (Flagstaff, where annual snowfall averages 80+ inches). Will know more about the warmth and water proof factors later....

I walk on 3/4" gravel and uneven terrain at work and I needed some boots to help support a bad foot and ankle so I went ahead and ordered a few of Columbia's boots having never tried a Columbia product before. My initial impression of this pair of boots was that they were going to be a bit small, but within 5 min the material flex had made this pair of boots the most comfortable out of the lot. Ankle pad is nice and puffy, tread is moderate enough for concrete walking, and I even dumped 10 gal of water on these boots the first day with only a tiny bit of seepage coming thru the vent holes on the toe. My sock stayed dry after the spill. I wouldn't walk thru a river in these boots but I love the comfort and stability along with the vents for summer hiking, or in my case, working.

This is the second pair I have bought. I work outside in the rain and muck all day. These Hikers are comfortable to wear all day, they look good, give great traction , and I can't stress this enough they are truly waterproof!!! A great shoe for a great price.

Absolutely recommended! Most comfortable boots I own...so much so I've purchased 3 pairs! I did replace the insoles however as I find the original ones don't provide the support I like.

Very good hiking shoes. The quality is very good and it is very beautiful to wear with casual clothes. The first time I used it, it felt a little tight, but after a while, the fabric gave out and was comfortable. I recommend trying half the number to try it out, maybe it will be better. Even so, I chose to remain with the shoes.

Excellent boot. Feels comfortable in the foot and keeps my feet warm and dry. It's surprisingly light. My only problem as will all shoe brands today is consistency in sizing. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 but had to go up to a 10.5 for these. I returned a couple of sizes before finding the correct size. Other than that, these boots perform better than expected.

I was skeptical to order shoes online without the ability to try them on beforehand. I used their chart and even though it measured a size smaller than I usually wear, I ordered based on Columbia's measurement. They fit perfect when they arrived. I have put them through the paces over the past few weeks and they are worth every penny. Great product!!!!

I really enjoy these boots as a do-everything type of footwear. They're comfortable right out of the box, no need to plan on a long break-in. They're also waterproof, but not suffocating, which is great because I'm not a fan of boots that make your feet sweat excessively. You really can't beat them, especially for a boot in this price range.

Just hiked about two miles, first time wearing them. Payment/dirt trail mix. Lightweight and comfy for not broken into yet. Better than expected, hope they last as long as my last pair...about 15 yrs.

Very nice boots to look at, the material is good, if you are thinking of buying them, keep in mind that they come a little small, I normally wear size 10.50 but in this boot I am 11.

I love these boots. I volunteer as SAR Tech. In the snow, my feet are warm and dry. However, in the rain, not so much. Needs better waterproofing. It may be MY pair only. Here in California, it's been a WET year, like NOAH wet! I'm in these boots on my days off, and these are my second pair.

suggested 1/2 size larger as they tend to run a bit small, second pair, reasonably waterproof, rubber coated toe is very thin, ie no protection from stubbing. Not too bad for the money.
