Very cute - but they run REALLY small. I normally wear a 10. I tried on an 11 in a slightly different style at a store and they were very large, so I thought the 10 would be perfect. Instead, I could barely get my foot in. They also had some minor scratches, right out of the box. Disappointed with the return process!

These are super comfortable however if you are shorter, mind you I don't have kankles but they do cut into my ankles. I bought these thinking they were non slip ish. Wore them to work (I work in a brewery) they are not non slip in the kitchen, which is fine they're too cute to ruin. However I wish so much sorel would make a stylish non slip wedge! I have no arch which is easier for me to walk 5-9 miles in a arched wedge than a flat shoe, weird I know. These shoes are so cute I love sorel I have 8 pair, I get so many compliments.

this brand really annoys me. every shoe has its own size dilemma; runs large/runs small/true to size...EVERY SHOE. this is a serious quality control issue which they don’t acknowledge. this bootie is mostly true to size. the upper part digs into my leg after a few hours, but not like i won’t wear them. otherwise they are comfortable enough for all day walking around in any weather. the lug sole is phenomenal in rain/snow and they are 100% waterproof as advertised.

These are very narrow, but true to size. had to buy a shoe stretcher and a shoe horn to get these to fit! they are very comfortable though.

These boots look great and they feel great IF you wear the right socks. The suede inside the boot catches normal socks. Asking them feel tight and bunch in the back. This is why I gave them 3 starts but with the right socks definitely 4-5!

The reason I gave it 3 stars if because the inner insert is really thin and moved everytime I put my foot in, or take it out. I can feel the waffle sole now when I walk, and I've only had them about a month. My other Sorels aren't cheaply made like this newest pair.

Got these for my wife. She loves them, however, some grease splashed onto them as she was cooking dinner one evening. Two drops. Sorel seems to only sell to people who never have this sort of issue as there is no help anywhere to be found as to how to clean such a stain. It's very frustrating for my wife.

I love the shoe once I can get it on! It is stiff and hard to slide your foot into.
You have to be very selective in your sock choice too or you can not get the shoe on.

Love the look & feel of these boots. But, the insole is not attached to the boot, it comes out every time I remove the boot & doesn't always go back in so easy.

This is the second pair of these that I have purchased and I bought the same size. I have trouble getting them on with socks. The socks get pulled up and become too tight on my foot. It may be because I have a high instep. Once on my feet I can't wear them for very long. Definitely size up. I normally wear a 6.5 size and purchase a 7. Odd because they're the same size as my older ones.

I bought a pair of the original Joan of Arctic wedge way back when and I couldn't even get my foot IN them so I was hopeful when the zip up version came out. Not so much. What's up Sorel? Who are your foot models? These run small, they're narrow. It kills me these are so swoon-worthy and yet they are not made for mortals. Im so desperate that I may keep them and see if I can't get a shoe spreader.

Boot is awesome for narrow feet, which I have. However, for some reason, the lining pulled out with my foot every time, which doesn't happen on the pair without the buckles. Annoying enough to return!

I love the look of these, but these are not the typical comfortable Sorel boot. The top rubbed my lower leg/ankle until it bled. Even with socks on they hurt. I do have thicker ankles, but I’m not a big person. 5’3, 150 lbs. I will likely not be able to wear these.

So glad I didn't go down half a size! Hoping these stretch a little after time. In MN winters are cold and there is no way I could fit a heavy sock in these. Also, your socks make it tough to slide in and pull on the sock. Not sure whats inside, but its not compatible with a knit sock.

I have to pairs of Sorel wedges in my normal size 7 and ordered these in the same. I could not even get my foot into the shoe. The top is stiff and the 7 is so small. I'm returning them but hesitant to reorder, I don't know if I need a 7.5 or even an 8.

I have to echo the other reviewer who found them impossible to get into. I too could only get into my "Sorel size 7" with pantyhose and not with any sock. However, the fit was true to size once I had them on. Going up half a size would have made them too long in the footbed. Very disappointed because I'd been looking forward to these for a long time and finally took the plunge. Guess I will be going back to the Lexie for winter 2020.

I was very disappointed at how hard these were to get on. I like the look of the style wasn't thrilled with the color. However I returned them since getting the on was so difficult, just not a good fit.

I have been eyeing these boots for months, and I was so excited for them to arrive when I finally decided to order. Such a bummer that I had to return them! The top front of the boot rubs on my leg as I walk, making them quite uncomfortable to wear. As others have mentioned, I sized up a half size because these run small.

I really wanted these to work out because I love the look. I tried both the 9.5 and 10 sizes. The 10s were just a tad too big and the shoe would move up and down on my foot when walking. The 9.5 fit, but as others noted, the insole moved around a lot. I found that it not only came out but also moved when putting my foot in the boot. There was no room to adjust the insole when the shoe was on and it just made the fit awkward. They were comfortable little boots but the insole just made it enough of a hassle and questionable fit that I had to return.

I really like the boot itself. It's comfortable. A little snug getting in, but not a big/time consuming issue. I was really hoping the Elk color would look like the picture but it is actually more of a camel. Not sure where the color in the picture came from??Still deciding if I'm keeping or exchanging- just based on color

I loved the idea of these booties, but they hurt like heck if you don’t wear high socks to protect your shins. The shaft of the boot is very stiff and doesn’t have any give while walking, so it feels like you are being poked in the shin each time you take a step. Thanks Zappos.com for allowing me to return these shoes.

I've been eying this bootie for a long time, and decided to go for it. They fit well, but the color is way different then the picture on the website. I ordered the brown pair and they are more of a tan color. I was hoping for the darker brown look, as it is pictured. For the steep price I am disappointed.
