Very comfortable shoe!! It does fit a little snug and the brown color is much lighter than I expected. Overall, very happy w my purchase.

These are by far and away the coolest snow/rain boots I've ever owned (and will ever own probably). They have a serious tread, stand up to the elements, and they make every outfit cooler. I dropped one star because for me they ran pretty small. I have wide feet and very high arches, so I often end up going up a size or half size when wide sizes aren't available. In this shoe, though, I ended going up a full two sizes and it's still a pretty snug fit. This is my first pair of sorel boots, so I don't know how that compares with other shoes in the brand. In any case, there's a little extra length, but the shoe feels good and doesn't slip around on my foot, so I'm thrilled with the outcome.

Love the style and they are very comfortable. The only concern is the color is not what is pictured. I ordered the Elk color which in the picture is darker than what I actually got. I've seen other reviews now that state the same concern.

I love the Joan of Arc wedgetrue confessions: this is my fourth pair in the last 6 years. I've also been looking for a pair of dark grey booties and really love the Quarry color. These are great booties and run true to size for the Joan style for me. (I wear with thin socks or tights almost exclusively, so I have ordered down a half size for all pairs.) The only caveat I'd give is that the entry into the boot is pretty snug due to how the zipper sits/works on this boot. Works fine for me, but it might be a problem if you have a wide foot at all. On the flip side, these are the first pair of zip up booties that don't look gigantic on my skinny ankles which is a great plus to me!

I have just about every wedge Sorel has made and these definitely run small! It may be the placement of the zipper and the stiffer leather, but I am usually a true 6-6.5 and had to go up to a 7 to get the fit right. The liner grabs your sock when you slide your foot in, as other reviewers have mentioned and that's a little bothersome. Once on, these are by far the cutest wedges this season. The crossed buckles add a little extra and make these a little dressier than the popular Chelsea's. I got these in the Elk and the Quarry. The elk in person is definitely more of a flat tan and not a rich brown as pictured online. Once conditioned it's definitely deepens the color to a nice rich brown. The Quarry is a pretty, almost metallic gunmetal color. Love it for winter!

Perfect wedge boot when you need to be on your feet all day but also want height. I love that they come in different styles. I have two and will buy more!

I love these as I do all my sorels. They are comfortable, attractive and fit true to size. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the insoles come out when you take your foot out. Not a dealbreaker but annoying nonetheless.

I was so excited about these because I love my other Joan of Arctic lace up boots. These ones have a more polished look and the black leather style would go with a lot of my clothing/work outfits. I was disappointed that they were just way too small, and I bought the same size of the other Joan boots that I already have. I could barely get my foot into these and they were super tight when I did. I also had difficulty with the zippers being very stiff/tight and ended up having to return them. I wish they had fit better and been as comfortable as my other Joan boots because I would probably wear them all the time!

I did have to go up one half size in these which was a first for Sorels. I own quite a few pairs and the toe box was slightly small. They are easy to get on and off, but do dig in at the ankles a little bit. Overall a gorgeous shoe and a new one to add to my collection of Sorels!

Uncomfortable on the front of ankle. Leather is stiff. Otherwise a great boot

Cute shoes. I have 5 pairs.of sorel boots and they all are size 7. I can't fit my feet in these with socks on.

Super cute but run small! Ordered my normal size and couldn't get my foot in the boot.
