These were a gift to a strong skier! Not a skier, I did a ton of research, and these kept coming up...my son-in-law , the skier LOVES them, really pleased...kept trying them on, and very happy!

I always have these gloves in my ski touring pack for the downhill. They are too warm for walking uphill unless temps are below -20C. I bought the unisex S which fits well. In women's sizing, I am a 7.5 ( between a medium and large ). These gloves are too fragile for loading and unloading skis in a helicopter ski basket!

I am on Search and Rescue team and these gloves are war and go high up the wrist to keep the snow out. Also the wrist straps are great so you do t loose a glove! Buy them! Totally worth it!

Comfiest belay gloves. They are warm, dexterous and durable. You could even use them for Mountaineering where you don't need to do a lot of technical climbing I applied Nikwax Leatherproof to prolong their life.

I've been using these for about a month, and they are warm! They haven't wetted out either. Even though they are expensive, it seems you get what they advertise. Be advised though, you may need to size down a size or two. I usually wear between an L and XL in other brands, and had to go down to an M in all of Arc'teryx gloves that I tried for a best fit.

I bought this for the ice climbing season and it was great! Be it ice climbing in Hokkaido or in Ouray I find this gloves warm and give me great dexterity when placing ice screws or holding the axes. It's really soft and comfortable. Would buy again!

I suffer from Raynaud's disease so it is essential that I protect My hands from cold wind and rain. These gloves came highly recommended to me by my rheumatologist, and I couldn't be happier.

Wanted to really love these gloves. Made exceptionally well & feel warm right out of the package, however I went with the size chart and the gloves were initially too large ( first ordered a small ). I ordered a smaller size from Small to XS but again the fingers where too long. Sadly had to return both items. Wish they had a XXS.

Recent purchase. As a ski patrol my gloves are on and off all day long. I like the ability to sling each glove around my wrists allowing me to keep track of my gloves when removed. I wear a heated lining glove underneath and it fits well.

I wear these while Alpine skiing. They have two features that make them great. First, there are loops on the gloves that go around my wrists, allowing me to remove the gloves and not worry about holding on to them. They stay attached to my wrists while I'm not wearing them. Second, their cuff is quite wide and can easily go over my jacket sleeves, then there is a cord I can pull with to tighten them up, creating a secure closure. Slick, and nicely implemented. They're also warm and comfy. I haven't used them when it was below -5C yet but I'm optimistic they'll do just fine.

I have purchased numerous gloves over the past several decades and found these gloves to be the absolute best without question. I ski in temperatures ranging from single digits Fahrenheit to the low 30's These gloves operate best in the cooler temps. They can tend to be a little warm when the thermometer reaches 32 F or above.

I've used these about a half-dozen times at our local ski hill in Southeast Alaska in a variety of conditions (rain/snow mix, heavy snow, cold/dry) and it has excelled in all conditions thus far. I love the minimalist wrist leashes as I like to use my electronics on the lift and it's great to not worry about donating a glove to the snow gods while doing so. The cuff tighten/loosen mechanism is awesome as well! I think these run just a tiny bit large so if you're between sizes and you aren't trying it on in a store, sizing down might be a good option especially if you never plan on wearing liner gloves under these.

I needed some very warm gloves for snow blowing in Minnesota. It gets very cold here and with severe windchills operating the snow blower means cold hands. These are the warmest gloves I've ever owned and follow in line with the SV line of Arcteryx cloting.

I bought an XS one for myself but it's too big for me. I'm giving a five star because my boyfriend is using it and he loves it. I really wish Arc'teryx can release more products in smaller size. Please, small and short women also love ski and all other outdoor activities.

Second pair. Daily use. The thumb area has worn a bit from pole rubbing on those cold days.
