I washed my new coat for the first time and it washed up terribly. All stuffing went flat and didn't come back after drying.

Do not waste your money on this coat!! The feathers constantly come out of the seams and the hood is attached by cheap plastic snaps. The hood constantly falls off. Very disappointed. Also extremely dissatisfied with the customer service to address this issue.

I had the original & loved it. This new one is not that great the hood barely stays on and it already started shedding. Customer service said they've never had these complaints before, which clearly isn't true. Really questioning my purchase.

The hood is a joke! It comes down to low you look like villain in a Hans Christian Anderson tale. It's impossible to adjust. Too bad fabric is gorgeous. Iove North Face and have tons of jackets. This is my first time I've returned a product because of poor craftmanship.

I'm returning bec of Velcro cuffs and snaps on hood. Please go back to old version

I bought this product in store. After the first week of having it, it started to thread and tons of feathers are coming out of every stitch sticking to my clothes. My boyfriend doesn't like me wearing it because I leave feathers behind anywhere I go. Definitely poor quality, and not worth the expense.

Terribly disappointed with my Metropolis Parka 3 from The North Face. I own a few pieces by The North Face, but this is my first purchase of a down parka. I purchased the parka thinking I could count on getting a good quality item, but to my dismay, it is not only the most expensive down coat I have ever owned, but it is also the most cheaply made. I love the style and color, but that is about it. The parka is very poorly constructed as evidenced by several issues. The small, plastic snaps on the hood come undone every time I use the hood. The feathers leech out of both the inside lining and the outer shell causing a need to lint roll my clothing each time I wear the parka. The fabric on the inside of the collar is so cheap and thin that it is already showing abrasion from wear after only 6 weeks of wearing the coat. Plus, the cuff construction is not quality, there is no inside cuff and the way to adjust the cuffs is with a cheap piece of velcro that looks terrible. I do not recommend this parka.

It's great that it's warm, but I'm so disappointed about the size. I followed the size guide on your website, and it's too big. The sleeve length is good but otherwise, the jacket makes me look huge and is unflattering.
