Super thin outside material. You can see the filling inside which gives the appearance of it looking dirty.

Good Quality but it's not warm for winter, it's gonna be a really good jacket for autumn and beginning of spring

Great shape & fit. Super lightweight & best for an insulating layer but not warm on its own.

My coat came with a broken zipper. I'm not sure how it got broken but it will not zip and when it does zip it's almost impossible to unzip.

Very thin jacket. This jacket is not good for low temperatures. You will get very cold.

The thickness is not what I was expecting. It's very thin and lightweight, and seems to run small despite following their sizing recommendations.

Have been wearing this for a week and a half and this is the worst jacket I ever owned unfortunately... I live in LA, California and even indoors this jacket doesn't give any warms... very disappointed...and of course can't return because have been wearing it. The only good thing about it is the cut and and material doesn't really get stained. Or maybe it's just mine not made as well as the others

I just brought this jacket--the description said it was warmer than most and it's the only nice looking RED jacket I could find. Was very disappointed--looks great! Barely kept me warm in NYC weather going from the car into a building....I would return it but have already worn it and the tags are off

I have bought it, but cancelled due to stock problems. Even without an apology.

The outer shell felt great to the touch, however there is definitely NOT ENOUGH down filling in this jacket. This jacket is so thin I would not recommend it for Winter wear unless you are well layered with other warm pieces underneath. I was so unsatisfied with its performance I ended up returning it.

I bought it thinking 650 down should keep be warm enough on cool fall days but it failed miserably. I love Columbia but this was a very disappointing item. Please don't waste your money!

Definitely not a coat . More of a liner to a coat. It's so light you can fold it and put it in your pocket

It seems like all the recent reviews are saying this so Im wondering if the quality changed somehow. The coat is so thin that I wasn't even warm inside my own house, let alone outside. It is like barely any insolation at all. I don't understand who this is for- if it looks like a heavy winter coat but won't even keep you warm in late autumn. Additionally, I did not realize that it costs money to return it, which is really not common these days. Very disappointed, will not order anything from this company again.

This coat runs small. And it's a straight cut. The body of the coat runs small and the sleeves are huge just like other reviews say. I bought a medium and I looked like a stuffed sausage.

The wind went right through this down insulated jacket. It might be good for 45 degrees and above but no way did it work for snow and 20 degree weather. To add insult they charge you to return it

Was super excited to get my coat. Read many reviews and thought this was going to be great for Chicago weather. I was so wrong. I recieved my jacket on the 9th and just in time for snow but this jacket didnt do the job. I even had a fleece on under and the wind went right through it. Its unfortunate I really thought the heat seal technology was going to work. Super disappointed.

I ordered an XL because I like room in the shoulders. While the body was too wide, the arms particularly at the elbow were too tight. I couldn't bend them all the way. Example: Reaching behind you to pull the hood on without popping a seam. I was wearing only a long sleeve tee. I can understand this sort of tapering in sweaters with stretchy fabrics. But it is not functional in a jacket. The shoulders and arm holes will accommodate a sweater, the body will accommodate a pregnancy, but the arms will only accommodate a pair of sticks. Returned it!
