Coat has an odd, bad smell and down feathers are coming out of coat upon every wear. Coat is warm and lightweight, but not as warm as expected.

It did not fit as described. Too small and disappointed.

This jacket is not warm as the description says zipper gets stuck often.

It fit okay but with an undershirt I needed to size up

The coat was 2 sizes too small from my usual size. I do plan on returning it and going up 2 sizes because the quality is great.

I buy lots of Columbia products but this jacket is just that a light jacket it's not quite as warm as the others i own which is disappointing but hey i guess you can't win them all

Very very light weight. Beautiful coat but will not keep me warm. For what i paid for it i was excepting a warm winter coat rather than maybe a spring jacket

This jacket looks cute but it is extremely thin for a down jacket. You need to wear layers! I would say, anything colder than 40 degrees celsius, just opt for your warmer winter jacket. This is for people who live in places that have mild winters. Also, the feathers poke through and this jacket can't afford to lose any more feathers.

I bought this jacket year ago, we had really mild winter so jacket was ok, this year winter is cold,not frizzing, and jacket is not enough warm. Is really poor down jacket.

This is a very small medium if you are between an 8-10 buy a large

Not thick at all if you're looking for heavy winter coat length is awesome though.

Very light weight. The zipper is cheap and constantly grabs up the edge because there is no lining in this. Fits true to size. I'm tall and the arms are long enough!

Runs real small so get a size 1 or 2 larger. Not to mention the zipper is almost impossible to zip and unzip. Taking it back.

I read every review before I got this.. And got the impression to size up.. I got a medium instead of a small and it was so ginormous it didn't keep the wind out, I was freezing in like 1 minute of being outside. Returned. Pros: great color, good arm sleeve length and pocket position Cons:not warm, should not have sized up

I've been a fan of Columbia jackets for several years. My last one was so warm! This one is not. It feels thin and I hate the hood -- it's big and you can't really tighten it. Also... And I know this is a little dumb, but it's bothered me enough to make it into the review... The pockets are at a weird spot. If you have a phone or wallet in your pocket, it will dig into your stomach when you sit down. I like the length and the look of the jacket, but I will get a warmer one next year.

I always wear a size 16 womens, or an XL. I've tried on Columbia puffer coats in the past, and they always run small. I was excited when I found this one that said it ran true to size.....but when I got it, I could barely get it zipped. You might be wondering if I wear my clothes tight, and that's why an xl didn't fit....no, I wear clothes loose, as I don't like wearing anything that is hard to zip, or uncomfortable. I definitely recommend that you size up if you buy this coat. Otherwise, it seems like a great coat.

Loved the coat but the zipper was not reliable. Couldn't say about its warmth factor but the small tooth zipper was disappointing.

Bought this jacket for my sister as a gift. The jacket is beautiful. I have to return because of the zipper. It gets stuck every time you try to zip it and will be deformed if to zip it many times. So I had to return it.

This coat is not warm at all. The zipper is very hard to get started. I plan on returning it even though I already wore it twice.

I didn't like that you could see the down feathers through the fabric

I was excited to get a 650 fill power jacket for a great price, but it didn't feel like a 650 fill power jacket to me. It feels like there's not much insulation at all. I am returning it.
