I have been running in Brooks Cascadias for several years, and they have always been a perfect fit for my narrow heels. They are the only running shoes I know of that do not slip and give me heel blisters. Kudos to Brooks for maintaining the perfect fit for me through the last several model numbers of Cascadia!

I use these shoes for backpacking. Love them although after 250 miles feels like there is no cushion left. Feels flat. Most likely from the pack weight. I've tried many other brands and never get blisters with these. They are also very quick to dry.

Great trail shoe with a wide toebox. This shoe has excellent grip on the trail and provides a great sense of confidence when descending quickly. Have used these shoes on trail runs up to 20 miles through dust and heavy mud. After 100 miles I have a 1cm rip in the fabric on the top of the toe box but the shoes are otherwise in fine condition.

I've only had the shoes for a week, so I can't comment on durability yet. However, they are the best looking pair of sneakers I've owned in quite awhile and they are comfortable on my feet. I have high arches so the neutral style with arch support is great. I highly recommend.

Better cushioning and fit than my Cascadia 12s had out of the box. Great on the trail and fine on the road.

I've worn Cascadias for many years. The 14s feel much lighter to me, which is fine, and they are really comfy. I hope they last as long (about 3-400 miles).

Cascadia, I love you - never change!
The 14 was such an excellent overall update I hope it will stay this way for years to come. The updated grippy outsole is a great confidence boost on slippery, muddy or wet trails and the upper is pretty sharp and durable. I've gotten 300+ miles out of every pair I have had so far and am seriously considering stockpiling a few more!

As a Podiatrist I had been recommending Brooks for years based off of what I was taught and what my mentors were recommending. I bought my first pair recently and I immediately understood why this was the case. The quality, weight and level of support are top notch. This pair of shoes has quickly become my favorite. I am buying two more sneakers right now! Very pleased personally and professionally!!

They are not the most cushiony shoe, but they are comfortable and stable. I normally do not get a ton of compliments on my running shoes, but everyone seems to like these.

I have found that Brooks shoes have a great natural feel. I am excited to run these on true trail conditions. I got these as a Christmas gift. Trails are not quite ready yet. But they sure feel good as casual wear. Walked around all New Years Eve!

Very satisfied with this purchase. I completed my first 50k ultra-marathon and these shoes were the perfect choice. Highly recommend for new trail runners. Durable, comfortable and stylish.

I love the Cascadia line I started with the 8's and just kept buying them. The 14's feel a little narrower in standard width than the 13's did so I had to get 2E width. Overall it's still a great comfortable shoe with good cushioning and arch support. The one thing I don't like are the color options for the men's shoe. They seem really bland. I liked the 13's and the 12's that had colors that popped, but grey is okay... I guess.

This is my new favorite shoe. Same sole size as most other Brook shoes, but with a little more room in the toe box. This shoe has a great mix of durability for trail runs without feeling like you're wearing two bricks. Brooks generous return policy means you can try this or any shoe in a variety of sizes and return what doesn't work.

I use these shoes for ultralight backpacking and thru-hiking. They are excellent. Fast drying, good grip, nice and light. I like the Velcro tabs for my gaiters.

I love these shoes, but I'm starting to fall out of love. They just don't last as long as they used to and I'm transitioning over to the Divide which fits great and lasts longer.

I really like the shoe. Great look and comfortable. Tread is durable, but the nose of the shoe is peeling off after only 3 hikes. The same happened with my Brooks Ravennas. A little disappointed that this has happened to two shoes with minimal usage. But great shoe overall.

I've had Cascadia shoe through several releases. I've always returned to them. They are functional, comfortable and good looking.
The tongue on this iteration, and the Caldera that I also purchased, is a little short. It's difficult to get the laces into the pocket, probably nye on impossible if you use the last lace eyelet, which I don't.

Little stiff to begin but after few miles they break in nice. I have boney ankles so the Tongue could be little thicker at top laces. Good traction on trails and even good feel on asphalt.

Very comfortable trail shoe. My very first pair of brooks and I'm impressed.
I was a Nike and Adidas guy, but not any longer. I'm already going to order another pair.

Husband has always liked Brooks runners and usually buys Adrenalines but didn't have his size. So he tried the Cascadia. Other than a rougher tread, he really liked them.

Around 100 miles and they held up nice with no issues. I do find the fit a bit narrow and I get an inward roll. I tend to walk on the outsides of my feet. But, with the shoes it doesn't really allow for it.

Tried once but sizing has changed. I used Cascadia 7, 10 & 11. When I compared the 14 to my old shoes the toe box width is smaller and snugger. I think the front end of the shoe has been elongated too because the space between my foot and the end of the shoe has increased. Overall, I have loved this shoe and would recommend despite the difficulty in sizing. I ordered a half size down, hopefully this fixes my issue
