Good comfort. Early indications that tread durability may be above average.

Great trail shoe for hiking, and for Flat pedals on mountain bike. Lots of traction, firm with some cushion, and glad that Brooks returned to more volume in shoes. I used them for a few years in the past, then Brooks got too narrow across the forefoot. In 2019-2020 Brooks stopped their gram shaving race and added room. Thanks!

Fantastic shoe right out the box....... super comfortable. My last pair of Brooks, lasted over 6 years as a Trail shoe....... Thank you Brooks, for having wide options for my Fred Flinstone Feet........ The swoosh sucks!

I am in love! Same great fit I've only ever found in Brooks shoes (really wide duck feet), and the lugs make me so confident on the downhills I can just fly without worrying about slipping. I don't get dust and rocks in them like I do with my ghosts (those are road shoes after all). Only thing that could be improved is the laces are a little short with the heel lock lacing I prefer. Solid 9.9/10! I wish I had bought some years ago. After my first run in them I immediately bought a second pair. Brooks has been a huge part of my running journey and always will be! Customer for life!

This will be my new go-to trail shoe. I've been buying Brooks shoes for street running for years and love them, but recently switched over to the Cascadia 14 for my trail shoe. The shoe has just the right amount of cushion to allow good feedback to the varying trail surfaces but not so much that it feels spongy. I've been using them 3-4 times a week now for almost 2 months and have no complaints. Love the Cascadia 14!

I bought a pair of Cascadia 14 and unfortunately after only a few weeks the interior lining started to detach. The reason for the 5 star rating is after I notified Brooks they are promptly replacing them. I'm glad because they are my favorite shoes. So 5 stars for promptness and standing behind their product. I should also add the other reasons for 5 stars: comfort, fit and look.

The lighter design is perfect for the trails in the Pacific Northwest. The decreased weight makes it faster, and the decreased side to side rigidity decreases the probability of ankle sprain. Although this version of the shoe is not Gore-Tex, its water resistance is provided a bit up the side of the shoe, allowing for less worry when running through puddles and mud.
It isn't as good as the previous version of the shoe if you are wearing crampons, but I think that use case was a bit extreme :)

No issues after the first 25 miles breaking them in. They feel as comfortable as my Ghost 12s and get the job done. Would recommend!

True to size length and width. Comfortable and supportive. I ran in the 13 for the last several months. Worth the price.

I LOVED the cascadia 13s so these beautiful 14s were a no-brainer. These super lightweight shoes have excellent traction even on wet surfaces. They breathe very well. I mostly wear mine for hikes and these dry out so quickly when they get wet. I'm usually pretty rough on shoes but these have held up amazingly so far!

I chose these after going through the online shoe finder, and so far they are working really well. Only complaint is that the laces seem weak and thin, so I'm getting a higher quality lace.

This is the second pair of the Brooks Cascadia I have bought. I tried to replace them with Asics, but they just felt cheaper and not as sturdy. These shoes fit well, are comfortable for trail running, and (if the last pair I owned are similar) hold up well. I use them for running, but also walking around town, and they're great shoes. I took a star off for style because they're running shoes and I like the plainest ones I can find, but these are pretty nice.

I bought these for my boyfriend who has joint pain and plantar fasciitis. Over the past couple of years he has bought so many different shoes hoping for all-day comfort and support in his feet, but none have lasted past the first day or two. I've heard so many good things about Brooks shoes and decided to shop for some shoes based on his quiz results. Behold, the Cascadia 14! It has been a great shoe for the support of his feet and all day comfort. He wears his shoes almost daily and loves them!

Super light shoes and very good runners. I’ve never had a shoe that made me want to buy it again but if these hold up nicely I will definitely buy them again.

I call my running casual and low key for other it might not be.
As heal cushion support and lighter weight are my favorite part of a shoe.

Great Shoes! I had the Cascadia 13s and I like these better. They have a bit more cushioning and better traction. I would definitely purchase again.

It?s important you don?t not change the fundamentals that make this shoe great. No matter what the bells and whistles are, and assuming they do improve the product on the outside, you must never change the historical performance composition engine and design that is at the core of this shoe?s success.

I bought a men's EE wide because the women's Cascadias are not available in a wide width. The toe box is a little roomier than my other Brooks shoes, but that's what I was looking for because I wanted to wear them in place of golf shoes. I like having more tread on the golf course, and I can use them for light hiking as well.
