Excellent shoes, exceptional quality. I run with these on asphalt, in the park, and on rocky dirt trails and it's an excellent all rounder.

Probably the most comfortable running shoes I ever purchased. I could not believe the difference in how my feet felt after running my normal route with these shoes. No aches and my feet never felt over heated. Definitely worth the price.

After making the switch from Nike to Brooks Raveena, I was looking for a trail shoe and these were recommended. I took them out on a 14 mile hike and they were great. I was surprised at how well they gripped the terrain. They felt good right out of the box. No complaints

I use these shoes for walking and they are a great choice.

Good fit for my particular feet. Good grip on trails. I'm 75 so I walk rather than run but they go the distance with less joint pain and no blisters (knock on wood).

Excellent support and balance for walking as well as running. Cushion is comfortable and shoe is sturdy. Cut and finger pull at the top of the shoe at the heel is genius - prevents breaking as you pull it on. Also, Brooks online "Shoe Finder" led me to this model. I am very happy. Now excuse me as I go enjoy my Cascadia 14.

Love them! Glad I got them for the trail so I am no longer chewing up my actual running shoes. This is now my 3rd or 4th pair of shoes I've owned from Brooks over the past 2 years. They are the only shoe that fits my high arch and narrow feet. Plus by the end of the day my feet don't hurt like they use to in other brands of shoes! Thank you Brooks!

I've worn these on two 6+ mile trail runs and really like them so far. The 8mm drop works well for me, and I like the cushioning. I am using these exclusively for trail runs. I typically wear a 10.5-11 in running shoes. I went with the 11 here, and they fit perfectly.

My fifth pair in this line, they are a great all around trail shoe.

Very comfortable, very supportive trail running shoe. I broke them in by wearing them in the house for a day and they were extremely comfortable from the first run on. I have been using these for 4-6 mile trail runs for over a month and they have been fantastic. I wear a size 11 in other brands and the size 11 in this shoe fit well.

Very durable and comfortable. Had to wear a little thicker sock than road running show, but that could be expected. Feet feel secure and confident on the varying terrain. Quite pleased : )

Ok, I will be honest, I got the Cascadia for hiking only and I really liked it. But then, another pair of road running shoes didn't work out for me so I decided to give these a try on pavement and they totally exceeded my expectations. Loved them. So take it with a grain of salt because I only had a single run in them, but I think these are worth a try if you are undecided.

I am a 6'4" weight 245 and Cascadia are the perfect running shoes for me. They are very comfortable and have great grip!

Great shoe. Lighter weight than my Beasts and brings more stability on the varied terrains I run in Southern California. They run a bit big, so I bought a half size smaller than normal.
