I wear between an 8 and 8.5. I had read a review that made me think I should order the 8 - had to return them for the 8.5. That said, I do find the shoes to be very supportive and can wear them for a long time. The shoelaces and kind of thin. Hard to explain, but they are adequate.

I have run about 15 miles in the shoes so far and love them! I have wide feet and a bunion problem which is why I purchased the wide shoe size. The extra width ensures the shoes don't rub against my toes so I am able to wear thinner socks. The shoes also provide a very cushioned feel on the soles which helps to alleviate the impact of running on cement. My only complaint is that they seem to run a bit larger than average although the larger fit of the shoe does not negatively impact my performance in the shoes. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend the shoe to others.

These are the cutest shoes EVER!!! They're like early 80's punk rock plaid running shoes!! I wear a size 9 and always buy 9.5 for shoes that I wear to exercise, so that's what I did with these f'ing CUTE shoes. Unfortunately they fit like a size 9 - a little too snug for 5 mile walks. I've never worn Brooks before so not sure if all of their sizing fits like this pair of shoes does or if this pair of shoes is an anomaly. They are going back to Zappos and I am not going to try a size 10 because in the same shipment I got a pair of Hokas that fit like a dream. They're not nearly as cute as these but I only sacrifice for fashion when dressing up.

I've had Ghost 10's for a long time because I could not find anything with a nice wide toe box like they have. I have a small bunion on one foot. I heard the Ghost 12's had gone back to the wider toe box so I ordered my usual size in medium width. However, I found that the toe box was tight and pushing in on the sides of my toes on both feet. So I ordered a wide width and the toe box is very roomy. I was concerned that the heel would be too loose since I have slim ankles, but the heel fits great, has a lot of padding and doesn't slip at all.

I’m normally a 7.5 but buy 8 in running shoes. These 8’s felt like 7.5’s. Also I liked the ghost 11’s better.... more “Cush”

I have very narrow feet with several issues and finding a shoe that is comfortable, narrow enough, fits orthotics and doesn't look orthopedic is nearly impossible. I am so pleased with how these fit. I really wish Brooks would make more than one color available in narrow sizes. There are two styles that have a narrow shoe and one color only. A girl wants to have options!

I tried these shoes for a week and fell in love with the cushiony sole. After a week I started noticing irritation on my the lateral side of my right pinky toe. Unfortunately I don't think the toe box will work for my foot shape. It seems narrower at the toe than what works with me.

They fit very well and had nice spongy cushion but still fairly responsive. However, the toe box was too wide and allowed for too much lateral movement for me. I have run in Mizuno Wave Riders for several years but this season they changed the shoe and it is no longer comfortable.

Ordered 5 pair of shoes and this was my #2 choice. Went with the Brooks Addiction instead. Have been wearing the Ghost from last year, but thought the Addiction felt more comfy. I wear a women's size 12 narrow.

Definitely a good shoe for walking or running providing good support and ample toe box. This is my second Ghost 12 shoe and it didn’t disappoint. Loved the color choices

I decided to try the Ghosts again after checking the reviews. I also held my Ghost 10’s longer than necessary because the 11’s were terribly uncomfortable. The first pair of 12’s had to be returned because I felt the left shoe was larger than the right. The exchanged pair I have fit perfectly. I stand for about 6 hours each morning in other shoes then change and walk or run 4 miles in these Ghosts. Nothing hurts.

I hated paying so much (almost double what I typically do), but finally found a shoe that provides enough arch support for daily walks of 3-6 miles on pavement.

I like the shoes. they fit well And feel comfortable,but I am returning because I thought the color was more gray like in the photo but it’s actually a lot more blue. so I am sending these back and getting them in a different color

I really like Brooks because of the wider toe box. I can order these in a medium width and they still accommodate my bunion. Previously I had ordered them in a wide width but they were too wide in the heel and felt sloppy. I ordered them in white. They are fine but not crazy about the silver trim and laces.

I wear a 10.5 in Asics and have worn Asics running shoes for years. Read a review to size up 1/2 size for Brooks and so I ordered an 11 and it fit perfect. Out of the box more cushion than Asics. Only worn for one run so durability and comfort long term to be determined but impressed after one run.

I love these shoes. Make my feet feel good.

Fit was as expected. Brooks has a good size toe box, which I love. Comfortable. Walked 4 miles without any issues on the first wearing,

I am a regular Ghost customer. I have several other pairs of 12s and was ordering a new one (I need to replace about every 4-5 months based on my mileage). I loved the style of this particular shoe but the outer material is very stiff and for some reason my foot was sliding all around on the inside of the shoe and pressing up against the stiff toe box. A few steps in the house and I knew I had to send them back although the look is very appealing. I'll be trying a different option with the same mesh material that I know works for me.

I am a regular Ghost customer. The 12s aren't my favorites but they're much better than the 11s. 10s were my favorite (12s are more like 10s). I didn't pay close enough attention to the style of this particular shoe - the laces are sparkly (and thin) and there's a sparkly detail around the sole. I thought they were plain white (I wanted them for boat shoes). My 12 year old daughter liked them, however - but too big for her. So I'll be sending them back and ordering a different color.

These are comfy. I wear a size 8 in Brooks Levitate 2 but had to order an 8.5 in these. The 8 was too short...felt like my toes didn’t have enough room.

Shoe felt great. I did return this one but only because I preferred the other color.

Shoes fit well. I wanted white with the two other colors. But they came in the color or extremely diluted weak coffee. Also, the look of Ghost 12 shoes is more like Ghost 11 than Ghost 10, both of which I have. I don't like the Ghost 11 shoes and would have returned them had I been aware of Zappo's liberal return policy. Too late now. But Ghost 12 is too much like Ghost 11 and they were never comfortable for me, especially since I wear orthotics. As soon as these shoes show returned I'm going back to Zappos to get shoes that are primarily white with trim colors. Hope I can find some by Brooks.

really like the Ghost 12....will get another one before Sept. so I can get Exact Shoe

Nice shoe, but ran a little narrower in the toe bed than expected. We did not end up keeping them.

I have this exact shoe in gray and love it. I bought it from a local running store and think It's a really great shoe. I did need to go up a 1/2 size, so order your size accordingly..The black pair just didn't fit the same. It seemed narrow and shorter in length. Disappointed, I really wanted this color to wear to work. May try a different color
