I am size 8 but with this shoe, I'm an 8.5. I love this shoe! It's amazingly comfy and supportive. Highly recommend.

These run larger than the last version. I ordered a size 10 which I have in the Brooks version 11 ghost. They were too big. I returned them and got the 9 1/2 and they are perfect. Easy shipping and returns with Zappos

These are a vast improvement upon the Ghost 11's, and similar to the Ghost 10s, but with more cushioning in the heel. Ordered 1/2 size larger (as usual), and there is plenty of room in the toe box. Good grippy sole, flat laces stay tied. Good arch support, "in the right place," which is hard to find these days.

Outstanding! Thank you Brooks for returning to the toe box/upper lighter, wider style of the Brooks 10. I have 3 pairs of the Brooks 10 that are 2 years old. I was still wearing them, although they were falling apart from use, because I tried the Ghost 11 and could not wear them. I even tried different sizes. My feet, knees and legs hurt. Last week I read other reviews mentioning that the new Ghost 12 was more like the 10, so I ordered a pair. I am delighted with the fit, comfort style and lovely new colors available in wide. Ghost 12 is a superb running shoe for me. I have just ordered a second pair, and will probably purchase a third pair. Thanks also to other reviewers for their comments linking the Ghost 10 to the Ghost 12. I am a highly satisfied customer of both Brooks, and of Zappos with their excellent customer service and return policy.

Fantastic shoe (Brooks Ghost 12)! Extremely comfortable, and great for running. Ample support, cushion, and toe box room. The Peacoat/Blue/Aqua color is perfect. A+++++++

I have hard-to-fit feet and I'm used to wearing shoes that are "sort of" okay for fit and comfort. I'm also working through a knee issue that has created considerable discomfort, even for routine activities. This is my first pair of Brooks. I think if I'd bought a pair of shoes like this sooner, I probably could have avoided the knee issue and all the pain! These shoes really do reduce the pain in my knees! That alone would be enough to make me satisfied with my purchase. That the strings stay tied, the arch support is wonderful, and they fit snuggly without biting are added bonuses. Since I do have a wider foot, I may also try the wide option in the future, just to see how it fits. Either way, I will be buying more.

These shoes are padded really well. It's hard to explain why they are padded better, but try them on and it's heaven. Awesome laces too. I'm in love with these Ghost 12s.

They feel GREAT!

I wear a normal shoe size 10 but buy my running shoes in a 11 so I have plenty of room for my toes. My foot is on the narrow side but with my orthotic they are perfect. I super pronate and shoe keeps me stable. Love the color combination. The tread is great so I can do light hiking.

I wish I could have kept these shoes. They are a perfect size 7 1/2 W, my true size. I have multiple foot issues and need a bit more Cush under the ball of the foot. If you’re young, go for them. My feet are worn out! They peacock gray with peach are very, very pretty.

These are my first pair of brooks. I normally wear Nmds or huaraches but lately have experience foot pain when on the treadmill so I decided to try brooks. These shoes have been amazing. No pain at all while on the treadmill and so comfortable I want to wear them all day. I’m a size 7.5 normally and got a size 8 and they feel like the perfect size.

I bought the gray/blue/lilac option and I love the colors! They are very supportive and seem to have more support than the 11, but I have been wearing my current Ghost 11 shoes for awhile. I have been waiting for these to hit the market and look forward to working out in them soon!!

Good fit and comfort, padding on the tongue and inner sole is very good!

I love the width and padding in this shoe! I agree with other reviewers that it runs a little short; I always purchase my workout shoes a size larger than my regular ones (to allow for thicker socks), and these only feel about half a size larger. I may try them with lightweight socks to see if that helps. Love the color combo and the comfy toe box!

nice shoe, only too narrow for me

The ball of my foot is not as cushioned as I had hoped. The heel feels pretty good during long runs but I prefer my old shoes to these as of right now. I am still hoping to break them in and maybe that will help with the discomfort.

My big toe has punctured a number of Brooks mesh uppers. Ghost 9s were the only ones with good reinforcement. I can see these will be a problem too, but a girl’s gotta have foot coverings!

Fit and size were fine, but I wear them mostly to walk my dog and the white/oyster color isn't very practical to walk on trails and through grass. What was I thinking? I really like the fit of these shoes, so I exchanged for another color to solve the problem.

I have bought Brooks Ghost shoes in a size 9.5 for the past 3 years and they fit great. The Ghost 12 felt smaller by about a 1/2 size over the previous years. I had to get a 10 and the fit was the same as the previous years' 9.5.

I like these shoes - good fit and size and very cushy at first. The only problem is they only lasted a few months (about 400 miles) before my feet started getting tired after a few miles. They don't seem to last as long/well as they used to.
