Very comfortable. Am able to slide my orthotics underneath the insole. Like most running shoes, I wish they lasted longer!

The sole is more firm than I thought it wouls be but worked out to my advantage. I have plantar fasciitis & these have great support. Will order a 2nd pair to rotate.

These feel very similar to the Ghost 10's

I do find the shoe wider than I usually wear for a B width. I ordered a 1/2 larger per recommendations, however feel I could have wore a size 9 in womens, opposed to the 9 1/2 I ordered. The shoe is very comfortable and does offer substantial cushion. I am going to keep these shoes for fear that possibly a size 9 may feel too small. Don't we all wish we could order shoes in a size such as 9 1/4... The Brooks Ghost 12 is a shoe I would recommend after taking them out for three runs.

I had ordered this same shoe but in the grey earlier in the spring. It was a perfect fit and have worn them daily. Loved them so much thought I'd order another pair - especially now that they were now on sale - so I ordered the shoe in grape this time and the width was very snug - uncomfortably so. It just goes to show you really need to try on shoes - each pair even within the same model - due to material, manufacturing, etc. Disappointed but grateful to Zappos for their great service.

These puppies are very supportive of my weird, high arched feet. I feel a great spring in my step, but don’t tell anyone I said that. The only downside is that all the color combos, as well as the general design, are fug. Alas, if you care about how you look when exercising, overall style of your kicks is probably the least of your problems.

Comfortable well fitting shoe. Not sure how long it will last though. Already showing wear around ankles. Material is shredding. Maybe 100 miles on them. Pretty lame.

I was born with a flat and wide feet. I always have a problem when looking for shoes. Moreover, I have bunions (one of the sides have been fixed) so It is hard to find comfortable shoes. However, after reading all the reviews and I did order Brooks Ghost 12, I am really in love with them. I feel the difference in wearing them. I already ordered my second pairs of these shoes!

I have been wearing Brooks for about 25 years. Brooks please stop messing with the ghost! The last great ghost was the 10! The 11 is not near as comfortable. The 12 is off in sizing and comfort. I had to order 1/2 size bigger. I put a lot of miles on per week and the shoes are wearing out faster and faster. Less fore foot cushioning. Please Brooks go back to the 10! Listen to your die-hard wearers!!!

Shoe comfortable and good fit, but did not like granite / peach color.

The toe box of this Wide Ghost 12 was narrower than the toe box of my regular Ghost 10. Had to return.

I normally wear a 10 in Brooks but I bought a 10 1/2 As my foot sometimes swells. My toes were touching the front so they have to go back. The width felt true to size. I am returning due to size but will try a different style as these didn’t look quite as stylish as I would like.

I normally wear a size 7 but the shoe was a little short so a 7.5 would fit better.

There's too much padding fir my taste The tongue and heal are very fat and make the shoe slip.

They took awhile to break in. They are ok to walk in but they hurt my feet to run in them.

These fit perfect from the moment I put them on! I wear a 10 Wide, and have a small bunion, and need to put in my own orthotic. This style accommodates all of that, and feels super comfortable. My only issue is that the colors I really liked were already sold out in my size, so I ordered the granite. It's kinda meh, but I'm keeping them because I live in sneakers, and these fit sooo well.

Love Brooks and how they are supportive. They are a great overall street running shoe.

I typically wear Aesics athletic shoes in a size 8.5 narrow. This was my first experience with the Brook brand. The width of the shoe looked wide but when I tried it on it was fine. However, the length felt about a half size too short. Therefore, I am returning them.

I liked these shoes, and I wanted to keep them. However, they were just a bit large all-around for my low-volume foot.

I replaced my Ghost 11's with this model. They are much wider and the toe does not come to the same taper. I will have to return & attempt to go down a half size, or the width. Great looking shoe! I wish it was similar to the Ghost 11. Why mess with the construction?

My toes are pressed up at the end otherwise they were super comfortable. So they have to go back because I know walking in them will be uncomfortable. I have a pair of ghost 11sand they fit perfect.

I wear a size nine across the board, all styles of shoes. This Brooks model seems very short in the toe area. I am exchanging for 1/2 size larger and hope the new pair will work for me.

These are not Ghost 10's by all means. But by the time I ordered the 1/2 size larger as suggested because they run small ( they really do) ( and I didn't at first) they felt much better.... that is so far. So, listen to Zappos suggestions. One thing I have learned.

I have worn Brooks Ghost for many years. The Ghost 12 Women's 9.0 is definitely smaller than the Ghost 11 Women's 9.0. Shoes are comfortable, but are noticeably more snug than the previous version. I would say my true shoe size is between an 8.5-9.0. I usually wear a thicker cushion sock for working out. These shoes fit fine when I wear thinner socks. I while I will probably not wear these to workout in, I will be keeping these for daily use. I ordered a Ghost 12 in a Men's size 7.5 and those fit pretty much the same as the women's Ghost 11. I got the red/black plaid which is offered in both men's and women's shoes. These will be my new workout shoes.

Suffering from metatarsal I searched online and found this recommended shoe. Absolutely amazing shoe! I’m normally 8.5 and ordered a 9 because of some reviews saying to order up and they were a tad bit big. I would have been fine with an 8.5. Unfortunately my metatarsal is pretty bad that even with amazing shoes, after the 4th mile of jogging, the pain starts but it’s no where near as painful as without these shoes. Definitely recommend these shoes!
