These are the most comfortable sneakers I have worn in a while! & my feet are thanking me!!!

I feel the tongue of the shoe (don't know what's its called) is smaller than normal fit.

I wear them every day to work. I have been wearing this design for several years to help with leg and back pain. They work.

I have always bought the New Balance top of the line Woman's Walker - 20 years. When my foot size required a new line I boght this running though I use them for walking. Perfect, does not need wearing in.

The reason I'm so loyal is because these shoes support and feet my feet. It's hard to find women's athletic shoes in EEEE width. I use them for walking and really just about everything. They also durable. They last me a long time. Highly recommend if you have super wide problem feet like I do.

This is the 6th pair I've purchased. Love this design.

I wanted another color and this shoe fits the bill. I love my 990 model and this has the same great fit. My feet feel wonderful at the end of the day.

I have wide feet that tend to roll outward, and I have other issues such as neuromas and plantar fasciitis. These shoes are exactly what I need - good support and roomy enough for my orthotics.

I need a strong shoe. My doctor approves of these. I've worn NB for years.

Finally 1540s that are in Silver in XX-Wide in 7.5 size. Due to Cancer and Lymphedema my feet are not the same and these sneakers are just want I need. I use to wear the same color over and over and now we have different colors, which are great. These sneakers stay the same which means they do not disappoint in being the most comfortable, wearable sneakers that a person with my difficulties are able to wear. I am grateful to New Balance for making such wonderful sneakers and never skimping on their quality year after year. I have been wearing the same sneaker for over 20+ years as my feet got worse. I cannot wear anything else. I am able to have Navy and Silver pairs to change off. Planning to buy another pair shortly. Highly Recommend.

Exactly right for my wide feet. I use them primarily for working out in a gym, lifting weights, and the broad base of support they give me works perfectly.

I have never spent this much on a pair of shoes, but I am so glad I did this time. I am using them for walking/exercise and they are so comfortable and stable. I love New Balance on my feet and will buy these again when needed.

Use for daily walking. Took a little while to break in but fine now. Can't use my orthotics as already a built up and supportive footbed.

I love these Running Shoes. They have lots of support. They feel great.

I have small fat feet (Flintstone feet). I've always had difficulty with finding good wide shoes - but I've had good luck with NB. I've always had to look at the toe box area to make sure it's well rounded (nothing narrow). These are great shoes a perfect fit for my fat feet 7.5 2E - I've been walking / exercising in these Daily. Great shoe!

I wear these shoes all the time. They are perfect for me. I like the way they hold my feet in the right position and I really like that they support my ankle areas. No one makes shoes as great as New Balance. I have worn nothing but these for 19-years. I will be ordering all the time now that I know I can buy them on line. I am a 78-year old woman and when you get older we need help mainly because of our bones. These shoes are comfortable, have lots of needed toe room and even has room for inserts if needed. I like the fit, comfort and stability of this shoe

This is a good shoe if you have problem feet; I have bunions and corns. You have to "break in" the sole. The support is great. The toe box runs wide, which is a godsend for those who require this feature.

I am very pleased with the 1540. I have wide feet and this shoe fits with no difficulty. The shoe has a really nice attractive style and is very comfortable. I would buy this shoe again.

This is my second pair of specific shoe. Originally recommended by my podiatrist, and definitely a great walking shoe.

I am a nurse and am on my feet for more than 12 hours a day sometimes, and my feet are not tired or sore even after several 12 hours in a row.

I have custom orthotics and shoes with roll bar were recommended. After breaking in, these shoes have worked well for me.
