I bought a pair of Wally free shoes and I am usually a 10 1/2 and because they dont have 1/2 sizes I bought the size up like they said I should. They ended up being to big and now Id like to exchange them but it takes forever for someone to get back to you.

The sizes were the same size but one was bigger than the other. Took forever for them to contact me back and its been a month and they size have not done anything to solve this issue. Ive never had a problem with them before now, there shoes are great but Im second guessing but another pair.
