Well lets see, I purchased them on 11/25 and now here we are on 12/15 and I still dont have them, no shipping or tracking info.pretty much just feels like my $$ is gone

Shoes were wrong size so I exchanged them, those seemed to have been lost in transit and I've reached out twice to heydude customer support and have gotten no reply. They at least received the ones I were exchanging in.

I have not received my order nor have I had anyone reach out to me after sending multiple emails inquiring about my order. All I want is someone to let me know that my order that you guys took my money for the day I ordered them is going to be delivered. This is the first time I've ever ordered something through your website and I will never do it again. So heartbroken because one of the pairs of shoes was a birthday gift for my son.

The customer service was absolutely terrible and they were no help.

Shoe getting holes in the toes and one shoe go a little dirt on it and stain not coming out

Ill send pics. One of the flip flops has already torn and the product is now useless. They are very comfortable but not durable. And customer service is pathetic. I have been waiting on a return email to address this problem. At this time, I will never purchase a Hey Dude product again.

I ordered these for my 12 yr old son for school. The shoes I received were not these shoes or even the size we ordered. I have tried to contact customer service 3x with NO response. Luckily the shoes we received fit my husband, so I figured I'd just try and order the pair my son wants again and now his size is no longer available... thanks for nothing Dudes.

Never received the shoes. Emailed customer service multiple times with no response. Supposably shipped Aug. 9 and the shipment was cancelled Aug. 11 by Dash Mart. Love HeyDudes but I ordered direct from Heydude website, expected better service. Other pair on the same order delivered.

I have yet to receive the shoes. I have email with the order # and no response. I will do a charge back and buy from another company.

No arch support so wearing for a long period of time is very uncomfortable. Do Hey Dude's have arch support?

Wore them a few times and they have a hole on the outside of the right shoe.

Cant wear them, too big on side. But look nice. Dont like the holes on the side and I didnt see a picture where it showed the holes. Not happy about my purchase
