I have not even received my shoes and I ordered them over a month ago. I contacted your customer service to let them know I didn't receive them (despite emails to me claiming they were delivered) and they told me there was a problem and reordered them. That was a long time ago and I still have not gotten my shoes.

When I tell you that I don't want e-mails from you, it doesn't mean send me e-mails at your discretion or send me reviews. You wanted a review, here it is. I haven't actually worn the shoes yet.

Your customer service is the biggest joke I have ever witnessed!? It's so funny that you sent me this to review when you cancelled my order after trying to get ahold of you in 3 separate emails!? Hahaha now I'm just disappointed in the company as a whole! Well done undefined

Run way to big!

I've tried to contact someone to return my shoes for a bigger size and nobody has responded to me thank you

The sizing needs to be fixed. Half sizes are needed.

Never got my shoes. Ended up having to ask for a refund because of shipping issues on their end.

These shoes are way too wide and big. Even when I tighten them they do flint fit comfortably. I have zero traction and my feed slide around inside the shoes due to them being so wide. Is there a thinner version for people who do not have fat/wide feet? Ive heard nothing but how awesome these shoes were and unfortunately I dont see the hype as I am not impressed. Please change my mind. Maybe I just got a bad batch. Please let me exchange in hopes the next pair will be amazing like Ive heard.

NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM!!!

Never received! I have emailed numerous times with no response

I returned these because they were to big and just wasn't my taste, unfortunately when I reordered Wendy's and paid extra I still have not received my replacement and have not had a response from email to customer service

Refused to apply discount offered. Too small. Garbage experience. Columbia PFGs blow these out of the water.

So this was my first pair of of Hey Dudes. My wife and friends love them. I have to say I am not impressed with the quality. I purchased these and right away I was surprised at how comfortable they were. That quickly went away as the shoe lost its comfort and lost its shape. The bottom tread also seemed to deteriorate Way quicker than I was going expecting.

I got these shoes for my son for christmas and there too big! I can't get anyone to answer any of my emails, they will not let me get a refund or exchange! I will never purchase of again.

Ordered three pairs of Hey Dudes on Black Friday, when I opened the bag there was only two pairs sent. I was billed for three pairs and the order slip states three pairs were sent, but only two pairs were received. I have sent Hey Dudes two email and have had no response. There is no customer service phone number to be found anywhere. I guess only two of my three boys deserved Hey Dudes from Santa!

I've sent 2 messages to customer service requesting information on why my shoes aren't returnable. No response. VERY FRUSTRATING

This is not the shoe I ordered. It's even the wrong size! I tried to start a return on their website, but it says this item is non-returnable. It did not say that in the ordering process. Of course not, they're not what I ordered. I've tried contacting the company twice, nothing. I'll never order from them again!!

I want a refund they have no way of keeping water from coming in from the bottom of shoe it's horrible
