Im glad you got in touch with me. I purchased the Wally Free model expecting a nice purchase of shoes! I used to own a different pair of ehh dudes however they got ruined from oil stains. Upon opening the package, there was a horrid smell coming from the two shoes. Upon further investigation the odor came from the sole from the right shoe. It was so awful they had to be thrown out after washing them 2 times.

Purchased my 4th pair. Website promised 1 day deliverywas a lie. Reached out to customer service and was told our shipping partner is experiencing delays of 1-14 days! How is the now my problem. Paid full retail price in good faith. Dont believe what they quote on shipping!!!

They run small and were not wide enough. They rub the back of my heel and had a blister after about an hour of walking. I wear a 11.5 or 12 in shoes and got a 12 in these and was to small

The color was not what I expected compared to the image on the website. The stitching on the front of the left shoe is not symmetrical. The material is damaged in a few spots (noticed that as soon as I opened them). And they also run small.

I ordered 2 pairs fir an outing. One pair fir myself and another fir my husband. My shoes were received in the wrong size and color, my husbands shoes are breaking down already, poor quality!

So purchasing online from Hey Dude was the worst online shopping experience ever. I literally had to hunt my shoes down. They ship from a third party who has no idea where theyre delivering. The shoe itself is just ok, and not worth the headache again!

Theyre the wrong color (i asked for charcoal/black), wrong width, a size to big, and to be honest i dont know where the confusion was. Id like the correct pair but i know thats out of the question.

I bought these shoes for the style and the comfort but when I put them on (after ordering one size up) my toe is stuck at the front making the shape of the shoe in front super weird looking but also so uncomfortable that my toe is about to pop through the shoe. I ordered these for the supposed quality but its just not there. Not only that but when I contacted customer service I was told they are non-refundable or exchangeable and received absolutely NO help or customer service at all!!! Buyer beware of this particular shoe as well as this company!!

Did not care for them ..and ask for them to send me a return label..but I don't have a computer to print one out or have place to get one printed out..so iam out my money..should have sent a return label when I bought them

Shoes are great. Customer service horrendous and never responds. 2 of my shoes on the order canceled saying now out of stock. Finally got my 1 pair month later

The shoe looks nothing like what i ordered!! I order a dark green and they came in a light tan. They took so long to come in that i dont have time to return them. Very disappointed with the product not matching the picture. Either the pictures arent accurate or the shoe is mistagged

Y'all false advertised the color of the shoes I ordered. And customer service did nothing to correct the issue. No reason why, just a return slip. Nice

The only bad thing about the shoes is the holes on the bottom lets moisture in other than that good shoes
