SOOOOO uncomfortable. I feel the pattern of the sole right across the balls of my feet. Unwearable for any length of time on hard surfaces. TRASH

length was fine, width was too wide. Also, the shoe felt very cheap - no real arch and very little cushioning in the heel. I have two pair of Asics (which I love) so I had pretty high expectations, which were not met.

Asicss really cheapened the shoe. Horrible. Gave them away to maintenance person in my comples

It’s not fair that we are led to shopping online because of all the Wealthy, lazy people in the world. This shoe fit is an example of how much corporations care about us. Zero to none. All these shoes have problems and have had problems for the last 10 yrs. it’s a joke, and the joke is on the consumers. The ASICS 7 sucks. Where are these shoes being manufactured. Find the place and send them all back. Refuse to buy anymore. People start standing up for yourselves! Reject this ludicrous sale of downtrodden goods. Be a man. Be a strong woman. “Do the right thing”

I had purchased 2 pairs of Gel 6 shoes a couple of years ago, and they have served me well. These, the supposed successors to that model, did not do the trick. They are more cheaply made (the old ones had grommets for the laces, these did not; the laces were much thinner and cheaper-looking). I have very wide feet, owing principally to a large bunion on my right foot. Even though these shoes were the same size, they were tight in that area, which would not have worked. Not sure where to go from here, as both pairs of my Gel 6's need replacing. I suppose I will have to go to a B&M store.

I have been wearing Asics Venture Gel 6's for 2 years. No longer available. Ordered the Venture 7. I received a notice from Zappos of a 30 day return window I could utilize. Had never received this before. Looking back should have taken advantage of this. As I have worn these over the past few weeks, I have noticed that they seem to not be made as well as the Venture 6. It seems maybe Asics has changed manufacturing source. The shoe feels cheaply made and did not have the support of the former 6. The shoe lace change to something that looks like it should be on a loafer rather than an athletic shoe. Hoping that Asics will return to the same quality.

The overall fit was fine, but the corners of the uppers where the lacing ends painfully dug into my feet.

I was not completely satisfied with this purchase, They seem to have a problem with there width chart. I have attempted to order size EE-wide. Yet they shipped me four times the wrong width size of 4E-Extra wide, I do feel that I will have to find another foot factory since this problem was never rectified after 3 phone calls and purchases. You would think they would get it right. This was not the case, they should be ashamed of themselves. I am very disappointed and disturbed by all the hyped and help I had received and not a good ending to my situations.

I was disappointed in these shoes. I've had many Asics shoes in the past and was happy with all of them. These were smaller and more narrow than the reported size and width, and felt stiff and uncomfortable when wearing.

This review is for the ASICS GEL-Venture 7. My husband has over the years worn several pairs of Venture 6. He loved them, excellent arch support, they last, etc. And of course ASICS had to "improve" the shoe so the Venture 6 are no longer available. I ordered this pair, the Venture 7 and they have ZERO arch support, none, nada. Good grief!!! Returning!
