These are actually for my husband. We had a very hard time finding anything in his size at any stores. Took a chance and ordered them online. He says they fit fine and are very comfortable.

I've been wearing 990's for 45 years. There is no better athletic footwear for me. Plus they look nice. They're expensive but worth every penny.

I have a polio foot and have been buying the NB 990 for years. The only tennis type shoe that gives me support and reduces pain. The price hike was a little uncomfortable but, as you can see I have stayed with them. US made also made a difference.

I was recommended to these shoes by my podiatrist and I've been buying these for years now. They really work great with my orthotics and totally have eliminated all the pain from planter fasciitis. I would totally recommend these shoes to all the friends.

I've been purchasing New Balance shoes for over a decade. I love the shoes. I only gave a 3-star rating because I was very disappointed that NB no longer makes this shoe in my preferred color, black

Best fitting shoe I've ever worn. I ordered AA 12 1/2. walking in it is a dream , way to go new balance.

I found these as a improvement over my NB1540. I use primary for walking. Felt great right out of the box. Would recommend

I'm on my 8th pair of 990's, they are THE most comfortable all around shoe.

My son works 12 hour shifts as a pharmacist in a 120 bed trauma center. HE LOVES the fit and comfort.

running, everyday, even work.......they are incredibly comfortable and versatile. Just as i have always known them to be. Keep making these.

Would have been 5 star rating if the service at the two ABQ stores was better. I finally walked out and ordered online. Love the 990v5 for the narrow width. Been buying NB for over 30yrs.

The shoes are good. Have ordered for years. This time shipment came with a used Dr School's insert in one shoe. The shoes appeared to be okay and not worn but apparently someone had tried them on and left behind an insert. Really not classy to ship this way, especially at that price. Really expected better from New Balance.

I have been looking to buy these tennis shoes for quite a while now but did not want to drop the money for them. Well, I finally did. What a fantastic tennis shoes, these are by far the best quality and most comfortable tennis shoe I have ever bought well worth the money. If you are thinking of buying a pair of these don't wait and do it now you will not be disappointed

I where them everyday and love them. I have worn NB for over 25 years and will no wear any other shoe when running or walking.

This is my 2nd pair, the length seems a little shorter and squish's 2 toes on my left foot only.

The only shoe my husband is able to wear!! Fits perfectly on his 4E foot.

Nice comfortable shoe but the toe box ripped in the first day .

This would get 5 stars but there should be a sizing guide on the website. I measure at 9 on a brannock shoe sizer device, but in sneakers I'm typically a 10.5. I ordered a 10.5 and they are slightly larger than I'd like. I would have returned them but they were on backorder and it took a month and a half to arrive.

I have been running in these shoes for the past 20 years and never been disappointed. I need a lot of support and stability and these shoes deliver. Expensive but well worth it.

Use it for daily walks. This is my nth New Balance shoe in the same class. Will keep buying. Why change when it is all great?

Sons 1st pair of this style of of NB and he loves it. Said these are the most comfortable shoes ever. Feels like I'm walking on a cushion but with a little style to it.
