Glad to have gotten wide size, much better fit than standard width. Love the shoes, miss the postal shoes. Hopefully the made in USA line is coming back. Used to be able to get extra wide, now only wide available. Last time only standard width.

I use this shoe for workouts. More expensive than other manufacturers. I paid for two day shipping and it still took four days.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I have a wide left foot so I needed to buy extra wide shoes. This is my second pair and the first pair lasted me an entire year. I did need to replace the insole once but this shoe can take a beating. I work on my feet for about 9 hours a day 6 days a week. I highly recommend these for anyone

Love the American made shoes. Last pair of the same type only lasted 9 months. That's not long enough for the price. I hope these last longer or I'll have to rethink buying again.

I bought these after they made a number of "best-of" lists for walking shoes. They're comfortable, but not especially more than any other number of sneakers. Because they're not widely available in stores, I ordered a pair in my regular shoe size. Perhaps a wider size would be a bit more comfortable. I don't imagine ordering sneakers again online without being able to try them on. For this much money, they don't really stand out to me.

Not the best running shoe but fantastic for walking. The black EVA forefoot on the black/silver version makes it stand out. Sad to see them running out of stock in favor of the 990v6.

I have had over the years maybe 10 pair of NB Made in the USA. I like them, they fit well , but if there could be an improvement I would like to see them last a little longer. I seem to get about 6 months out of a pair of two pair as I do rotate them.

This is about the 6th or 7th pair of this shoe I have had. Comfortable all day long. I wear the out and finally give up on a pair when they are too dirty. This shoe never tears apart.

I ware this shoe every day. The comfort and fit are excellent for my wide feet. This is the only sneaker I have bought for many years.

Terrific shoes. I buy these all the time, about one pair each year,. I have a narrow foot, so New Balance is the only brand I can use.

I use these shoes for walking. We cover about 3 miles every day on sidewalks and streets. Infrequently we walk on park trails. Great show for support, wear and looks. One request would be to eliminate the u shaped slot in sole. It is the first thing to fail. 5 pairs worn out.

I love these shoes, I think they look great and deliver all day comfort, I take walks between 3-5 miles and wear them daily and I can't imagine relying on more supportive and comfortable pair of shoes. Only downside is they are kind of pricey. This is my second pair.

The lft shoe seems like a 2nd as there's an unsown lump protruding inside the shoe where the tongue was joined to the upper. Didn't send it back bc I think I can fix it myself. Quality control didn't catch it, I guess.

I've been buying the US-made sneakers for years as a tribute to my dad who worked in US shoe factories for most of his life. These New Balance sneakers just fit perfectly every time.

I've worn the 990v5 and its predecessors since NewBalance started in business. When you've found something that fits your running needs this well, it would be foolish to experiment with anything else.

My third pair, always 990 series. For my sorry feet these are ones. Fit perfect, comfortable and the support I need.

It was a gift for my son.

I recommend this pair of shoes.
