I've been wearing New Balance sneakers for years. The 990 V5 is the best of the bunch. It's the priciest sneaker I've seen from NB but well worth the cost. The footbed on this 14 2E is so comfortable.

Great shoes right out of the box. I have bad feet due to bunions, three foot surgeries, and I needed something comfortable and rugged. This shoe is great and meets all of my needs.

My husband loves them they are so comfy and cute on his feet. He is 6'3 so he is tall and loves that you guys offer sizes in wide for comfort. Great great definitely recommend!!! Waiting on the black ones to restock in his size(14 WIDE) so i can order those as well.

This is my 10th pair of these shoes. A little heavy but good for a heavier runner like me. Great support Wear well - extremely happy with these runnies - please don't change them!

I bought several pairs of 990V5 in the past. The pair I just returned was not the same quality of any of the other pairs. There was a clear difference in the overall support in both the soul and heel areas. I realize your introducing the 990V6 soon, and I question why you would sell shoes of a lesser quality.

The lines, craftsmanship, stability, comfort and even texture immediately told me this was a better shoe. Love my FFoams, but 990 is in its own class. Replace wht laces with grey immediately though.

New shoes feel great, especially the custom width. No other brand feels that good! Wish they'd feel that way for more than a few months.

I have been buying from this line of New Balance shoes for over 30 years. I have tried numerous running shoes over this time period and nothing compares to these shoes.

Got tons of compliments from wearing these. Feel good in them, running and casual wear. Made in America, so worth the extra price.

These shoes are my everyday shoes. They are comfortable and look nice. They are made in the USA and the selection is sometimes spotty.

I had them on a couple of time. They feel really good when I'm walking. So far I have no issues with them

Limited color choices for my size

Great shoes for narrow feet. Work well with my orthotics.

But, they both arrived laced, and grossly unevenly. I had to re-lace them. Still: probably my 10th pair of this model.

I was kind of skeptical getting these but I'm glad I did because they are cute on my feet

I don't know if this was just an error in production. Or the NB geniuses in marketing decided to cheap out the 990. I've had several pairs and the laces on my new shoes are way too short.

I have been wearing 990's for 20 years I do not like the version 5 they just don't fit the same. The toe box is wider. 4E too wide now and 2E a little tight.. not to mention I think the soles wear out a little faster.. Home the Version 6 is better.

I love these shoes but the tongue falls to the side within a few minutes of walking and if left to the side, causes blisters. A shame, otherwise very comfortable.

Great shoe I used to get the AA width shoe now the B width shoe works out just great.
