Great shoe! Comfortable. I ordered it online, the same size as I have worn in the past for shoes close to this model number, and the fit was perfect. Would purchase again with confidence.

These shoes are great to wear for working all day, hiking, anything. They are solid and fit well. This is the 3rd pair I own and none of fallen apart or even really worn out. These are Vans are the only shoes that fit properly.

I wear the New Balance shoes for "every-day" use, including my 50 minute brisk morning walk with our rescue dog. I have been fortunate to benefit from a "good fit", which I greatly appreciate.

I always buy New Balance, Made in America. My NB 608v4 fit as well as the previous pair. Very comfortable. Lookstylish.

This is my first pair of U.S. made New Balance shoes. They are just what I expected. Well made, light and comfortable. I have Plantar Facitis and the support these shoes have doesn't require me to add an arch support. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

i did buy them again in cool grey and black, thy run true to size and extreamly comfortable i own only 4 pair of new balance shoes guess i like them , i used to buy nike not any more for the past 5 years

I love the 990s and the 1080 fresh foam These shoes are the ones I get after trying everything else.

I stand on my feet 10 hours a day at work, my feet always feel good at the end of the day. I can't say that about all of my shoes I've worn in the past. Nice fit and comfortable.

I go for daily walks, the comfort is outstanding. the shoe supports my foot perfectly

I don't like comment on products or free endorsements, unlike "celebrities " who can afford to however.... I take long walks. I step hard, always have and I have wide feet. These are probably the first pair of shoes I purchased online that fits my feet as if I tried them on in a store.

I'm a bone cancer survivor and even though living on a golf course, the only exercise I get is by walking. I have always lived by the motto "You get what you pay for", and these shoes live up to that. These 990v5 are fantastic & give me the support I need for my brittle bones. After 600 miles, I finally had to replace my 990v4. Those were great shoes as well and really broken in so hated to replace. I live in the Palm Springs CA area and many times walking in 90-100 degree heat with the payment being much hotter. These shoes survive the blistering heat while supporting my feet. Awesome shoes!

Love these shoes!! Will never buy another brand again for work. I'm a delivery driver for a major transportation company and have to wear all black shoes for work. I bought a new pair of 990v5s last fall and that pair has lasted about 8 months putting in 5-8 miles/day before having to buy another pair.

Excellent fit. Like a glove. Light weight. However a little stiff to begin with out of the box.

The shoes are the most comfortable shoe that I have ever owned! I normally have to break in a pair of shoes at least 1o wearings before they even start to feel comfortable. Not with the 990v5 as I just put in the laces and start wearing them at once.

Just the feel around my foot feels so comfortable.

Long time customer and honestly don't have any complaints. I love the width and I love the feel of every step.

The fit is perfect - comfortable and supportive. This is my second pair of 990s. I was fitted in the store for the first pair. This pair was ordered from the NB web site in the same size and width, and the fit is consistent with the first pair. They are great shoes for walking and for casual wear.

New Balance supporter for years, however it seems the sizing of the shoes has changed. Ordered these great shoes in my normal size and they are more narrow than normal so I had to return them. I'm not sure if manufacturing processes have changed, maybe I just need to size up.

I read a lot of great reviews about this shoe. I was disappointed when I wore them for the first time because they just did not feel right. I thought it might need a break in, but so far they are just not comfortable on my feet. There seems to be a high spot in the construction under the arch of my left foot that I am guessing my be a defect? I tried to message them to ask about it but their reply was very slow (several days) and they did not really answer my question. The Reebok shoes that they replaced were much more comfortable for me.

I was a little nervous purchasing these shoes online without trying them first. Now that i've walked over 120 miles, I can say I'm thrilled that I bought them. They were a little stiff the first few times I wore them but they fit perfectly with great heel fit. I wear them with cushioned socks and haven't had any slippage of my feet inside the shoes. I will definitely buy them again when I need to replace this pair.

Use for long walks, everyday activities. Many compliments on color (olive green) and overall appearance.
