This is my go-to everyday casual shoe. I am a tall guy and no light-weight. This shoe offers great support and cushioning and my feet don't hurt!

This is my second pair in the last year and it is an excellent shoe. Will buy again. I use mostly for walking and it is very comfortable. It is a bit pricey but worth it. Wish NB would put it on sale occasionally.

Comfort. I am also able to get them in my size. I have a wide foot.

I wear these shoes every day and usually buy new ones every year. They are comfortable and look good. They are made in the USA and I support my country. They are worth the money.

Liked them right out of the box. Think I will get another pair.

Did not have shoes had to buy 880s do not like as well as 990 not enough support for me they said 990s not available any more is this right

I have bought this same shoe twice a year for nearly 15 years, I wear them every day, work and play.

I ordered online. The first pair did not fit, and it was easy return, and then I got the new pair very quickly. The fit great. It is one of the most comfortable shoes I have owned right out of the box. They have been on my feet constant for the 2 weeks.

I'm having this pair for three weeks. Super Comfy. Excellent for walking. Nothing to complaint.

The fit is great. Works with my orthotics and they are very comfortable for walking.

Had to see it to believe what all the hype was about. These shoes are incredible! They do run long so get a half size down! Most comfortable thing I have put on my feet! USA all the way and I'm never going back!

Great for all day/everyday wear. The shoe last well under pressure. I am hooked for life.

soles are to hard and I would not feel comfortable wearing them

I've been wearing these for years, strong shoe with the stability I buy new ones every 2 yrs unless a sale is on more often.

I use my 990v5's throughout the day, for exercise, treadmill sessions, et al, indoor and outdoors. Completely comfortable, my feet aren't sore at day's end. The best sneakers I've ever owned.

This is my third pair of 990s. They are great walking shoes, comfortable and good looking. Wear them with jeans as part of my casual wear.

I have a very narrow foot and this is the only athletic shoe I found in 2a that doesn't require my orthotic inserts. However the down side is for years they only came in gray and then all of sudden I found out they were in solid black but there was none available :( i waited and waited for restock and finally settled for the mostly black w/ gray sole. PS. Another reason I wanted the black on black is I have had trouble with the piece of rubber on the very front toe area continually peeling away. I called and the store manager suggested I use shoe glue "that's what we do" ! I did that and it didn't stay long and I ended up getting glue on other parts of my shoe which sucked ...prohibited me from wearing them out on social events ...I ordered a new pair and they did the same thing. :0(

I order this shoe as it is my regular go two walking shoe. Not sure if it was the difference in color, width or version but found that this shoe ran a little larger than when I normally order a wide 8.5 size. I thought they fit comfortably and wore them out. But as I was walking noticed more that the shoe was loose. I gave them to my Mom who is a size 9 and she said they fit her comfortably. I will probably order another pair but got down at least a half size smaller.
