Good support, nice looking and comfortable.

Have about 20 miles on these walking sneakers , not bad took a little to get used to , still feel they are little stiff . Much heavier than what I had been wearing ( Hoka) . Hoping these will last longer , walk about 3.5 to 4 miles a day . Good support

I got these shoes a few days ago. The quality is amazing with great materials. I really love the comfort yet stable feel. They give me all day comfort without giving me stability. Great shoe!

I buy this sneakers not only because they are made well, comfortable or stylist, I buy them because they support American jobs.

I need for my high arches. I can work 12 hour shifts with little if any pain.

I usually go with 828 line, which is $75 less. I finally changed and spent some more thinking the overall fit and quality might be a little better. Not so! I am very disappointed

This is my 4th pair. I wear all NB shoes made in USA. Hasn't been disappointed yet

Great service and a nice shoe. I wish NB had more shoes in my son's size, he has been wearing the same style for 15 years.

I got this because of its reputation for accommodating arthritic big toes. For bunions, it's another story. The lower inside seam of the tongue meets my bunions, causing pain. Perhaps that's because the tongue is lower than other models. I was thinking of trying another style (Roav v2?) that might have the tongue up a little higher so it won't press against my bunions.

The only shoe you make in my size, 14-2A, very narrow. I understand that there's little demand for that size, only wish I could have a little more than one choice.

It's a great shoes but not the best still good tho mid.

I really like these shoes and I was very happy to pay a bit more to support American manufacturing. However, after 5 months of light use my toe started poking through the top. The seam had failed. I don't run or exercise in any significant way. These shoes had been used only for short walks every couple of days and general daily life. I believe they failed due to a manufacturing defect...but since I only have a sample size of one I can't guess how common this is. However, this part of the shoe is held together with only a single stitch so it isn't the strongest part of the shoe. I usually keep shoes for several years and have never had them fail in this way, so I don't think it is anything related to my usage. See attached photo...that is my finger sticking through. Where things really went bad was when I contacted customer support. I explained the situation and asked them to replace the shoes. I also would have been fine with some sort of credit towards another pair. I was really expecting NB to stand by their premium product in some way. Sadly, all I got was a lecture about how NB doesn't discount their product. I asked them again to work with me on this or I would write a bad review. The response was "Thanks for contacting us". So, here I am with a bad review. I was hoping to buy more "Made" products, but after this experience, I won't be. Sorry NB and the American worker. I tried to be your customer, but you really gotta stand by your premium products better than this.

I've worn New Balance shoes for 20 years. They are the best.

I've bought these before and came to buy another pair because of the promotion of 25% off, only to see that theses are not eligible under that promotion. Very misleading advertisement. It is a good shoe.

When I laced up my shoes, I found one of them only had one lace hole punched in the top. The other show had 4 like it was supposed to

This is my third pair of the 990v5 and I am extremely satisfied as I have been in the past. The fit is true to size! The comfort and workmanship is excellent!

A great shoe. Always comfortable and will last a long time.
