Everyday walking shoe. Comfortable well built. Made in USA (rare these days). This is my second pair, I got three years of regular wear out of the last pair.

I hate finding shoes and have a size 13.5 and 14 foot I nearly cried when I took my first walk in these thank you so much.

Look, I wear a 12 extra narrow (12AA). I used to be able to get this shoe in all of its colors. Now only the light grey. They soil too quickly. I want more choices. Do the right thing for 12 AAs!

I am always shopping for good shoes. Your feet are very important to you moving. I am a 13-4E. This is a hard size to find a lot of shoe company's no longer carry the larger odd sizes. New balance does. I went into a New Balance store and the help there was very helpful. I knew what to buy. I purchased one pair of shoes at the store and went home home and ordered a second pair on line, 990v5. These are great shoes for just moving around in. They have good heel side support. I walk my Siberian Husky and when he starts pulling my feet don't slip and slide inside the shoe. I can maintain control of him.

Long time NB client. Great shoes from first wearing.

He has diabetes and foot issues ,, needs support. This does it all..

Food shows but extremely overpriced and really cheap insoles.

I wear this product as my everyday shoes. I would prefer the shoes to have less silver trim, so they looked more like regular shoes and less like running shoes.

I got these for my boyfriend who wanted another pair of 990v5 Core Sneakers in navy. He wears a wide and it is hard to find good sneakers that are quality and comfortable and these foot the bill. He has them in grey and black also. They are the best.

I am a 66 year old former his and college athlete who went on to coach 13 years of d3 football then 25 years as a head his basketball coach. I have dealt with ankle issues including two replacements and now an ankle fusion. The 990s are my shoe of choice as they provide both support and comfort that I haven't found from any other sneaker. Despite the high price, I won't compromise by buying anything else!

I have a pair for running, a pair for walking and another for casual wear.

These shoes are great, we have had many pairs for our son. However, they don't wear well and they are EXTREMELY expensive. Our son is an athlete, so we have purchased many pairs of shoes. Based on competitor's products, I would expect these to be 1/2 the price they are.

EVERYDAY ALL DAY...PAINTING CONTRACTOR. IT WOULD BE NICE TO SOMETIME GET A DISCOUNT ON THESE 990V5. I BUY AT LEAST ONE PAIR A YEAR.
