Horrible shopping experience with OR! If I can give out negative rate definitely I will give them! Let me be clear again. I paid the shipment fee $5.5 for the return with these two Echo hoodies in one package on March 16, 2021! I talked to your customer representative yesterday, and was very annoying! Your website is showing the color misleading customer, and created trouble. Waisting out time! Not only very slow return process, ( took me almost one month!) Please refund my money entirely! And reimburse my shipping cost!
