Really like the bright yellow color. The fit is very good with the exception that I wish the openings on the sleeves were a little smaller. I have relatively thin wrists for my size and the sleeves gap a little even with the elastic in them. Since I like long sleeves, the extra length in them is a plus for me, especially with the thumbholes. Nice stretch so no binding or restriction when moving around and cuts the wind pretty well while still allowing for heat to escape. Haven't had long enough to comment on durability but the fabric seems to be pretty tough. GREAT purchase at the sale price.

I got this jacket for rock climbing in California. A year later I found myself in the Peace Corp on a plane to Africa with this jacket in my bag. The jacket did better then I did as I had to return after 6 months due to illness. Since then I returned to climbing when my health returned I moved to Colorado with this jacket in my bag. I lived in this jacket from from Aspen to Boulder. I have since moved to Florida and this jacket goes with me on every boat trip and beach day, still looks new.

Light, breathable, fits amazing and cheap AF. I'm 6-2, 210lbs and athletic and Size Large was money. This is awesome for fall/winter running, MTB rides or fall walking/hiking. Worth every penny, may buy another if on sell for same price. Hood fits great. Slightly water resistant but not enough for persistent rain.

This is my second Ferrosi. I'm a gear junkie, so I have literally dozens of jackets, but I go to this one more than any other to take the chill off. It's a very thin soft shell, with no insulation. It's not waterproof or windproof, but does a good job at resisting light rain and wind. It's a fairly slim fit, but has a nice stretch. I'm 5'10'', 185lbs and the large fits nicely with enough room to layer underneath. I definitely recommend this jacket.

Superb little hoody that is great for temps in the 60's and 50's F. It is made very well, wears nicely on the body, repels water really well, and the OR guarantee makes it a superb deal. A+ experience here all the way. This is my fifth Ferrosi hoody over the years and they have kept the original DNA and just tweak it every once in a while making an excellent jacket even better.

Best lightweight softshell I've ever owned. I just purchased the grid version for colder temperatures. No regrets.

I tend to use this jacket for local hiking and canoeing trips but also wear it as a casual jacket in the city. I am very impressed with the construction, materials, and versatility this jacket offers. I would highly recommend this as a reliable, versatile product!

Lightweight, pack able, been using for dog walks in the AM to keep mosquitos off and cut the chill. 6' tall about 180lb, fit is loose enough, can fit a layer underneath.

Very durable yet lightweight and has a nice stretch to it. Perfect for a bring along in case of rain layer for warmer mornings. Also would work well with warmer midlayers underneath in the fall. Thoughtful design and look pretty good even when you're not in the woods.

I bought this for my husband, he loves it. The fit is the same as previous versions. The green colour is really nice and it holds up well in light to moderate rain. He wears it all the time. Even the thumb holes are a great addition!

Great summer weight soft shell. I can wear it in surprising warm weather as a sun or big layer. Fits really well on my athletic build, ie tall and thin.

Keeps the sun off and you cool. This jacket is the perfect layer for summer hiking. I have to be honest. It is so comfortable I wear it around the house all day, as well. My go to casual clothing. Thank you OR!

I'm 6,1 and 210 lbs. 29" sleeve and torso. This jacket in xl is perfect (roomy) for my intended use with layers. Sleeves are about 33"-34" allowing me to reach as far as I need without exposing my arms. Awese jacket.

This is a superior hoodie. The right amount of stretch, adequate water repelling materials, and tough construction. I still own two other Ferrosi hoodies, and they still hold up like new. The fitment is the absolute best of any article of clothing I have ever worn. The stitching is very strong, and the hood fits my head like a glove whether it is up or worn down. Mostly, I like how quiet the whole garment is. It is also a good choice almost year round for outdoor activity, as long as you layer it with another hoodie with similar build. I use the OR Surefire fleece underneath for colder weather. As for wind protection, this hoodie works, while not sacrificing venting excess body heat.

For any sort of windy or chilly weather, barring absolute rain this has become my grab-N-go soft shell for mountain biking. Don't actually use the thumb loops like I thought I would, but I like the fit, and the breathability really is best in class. Also used for climbing and it works equally well, excellent abrasion resistance against Tahoe granite.

I absolutely love this soft shell! The movement friendly stretch and durable material is exactly what I need when I climb and perform any active activity. The wind and water resistance helps when the weather turns for the worst. I also love the packability, when I need to stow it, I just stuff it in the pocket and attach it to my pack or harness! Seriously would recommend!

This jacket is awesome. It is very light-weight, packs into its own pocket. I've worn it in small showers and it handled that without issue. Also performs well in the wind. It's also breathable and I've been able to wear it on several high exertion climbs without any issue of swamping out. Love this thing!

Nice light weight jacket for wind and rain protection. The collar zips up to close around the neck when wanted, and the hood easily fits over a climbing or biking helmet. I've taken this jacket on bike trips, hiking/mountaineering and rock climbing. Light enough for any pack, and great wind and rain protection when required. It's stretchy enough to wear while rock climbing without restricting movement, and stands up well to any rock abrasion.

It's a light hiking, biking and maybe fall/spring touring shell. Love the long arms and material seems pretty water resistant and breathable.

Great hiking jacket, enough protection to protect you from the wind and a little bit of mist. Thumb holes in the sleeves and a nice fitting hoody with 3 pockets are a nice touch. The interior of the pockets are mesh so if you carry keys a lot they might wear out pretty quick. Very stretchy, very comfy.

I bought my first one over a year ago thinking I'd take it on day hikes, summer camping trips, and casually around town during spring and fall. I liked it so much it became my primary jacket for life. It's awesome for all kinds of weather in almost all seasons. I work as a land surveyor in south east Washington state and we work all year No matter the weather. With a proper layering system this was a great outer shell evening during the winter when the temps were in the lower 20's. Short story long, I finally decided to buy a second one that I wasn't going to abuse at work.

I don't have any complaints - light jacket, with hood, protects against the sun. Durable material and a daily driver for me. Things I like that you may not: This jacket does have longer sleeves with thumb holes. I think it's a love it/ hate it feature. I love it. Sometimes makes the sleeves feel long, but I like having the option of sliding around thumb.
