Incredibly hard to get my foot into the shoe, which made it a non-starter. Sending back ASAP.

I usually love On shoes but I’ve noticed the new styles are running small and zero toe room. I’m always an 8 1/2 but I bought a size 9 and still too small. Returned.

I’ve had 5 pairs of these, and 7 total pairs of on shoes. I’m always a size 7, but these are too small. The design has changed a bit, but I didn’t realize it would affect the fit. Wish I would have know this before I brought them on vacation. Not as happy with theses, probably going to have to buy a size up.

I have two other pairs of ON shoes in a 7.5 which fit perfectly and I wear them all the time. This pair, also a 7.5, felt a full size too small. Since I love the ON brand, I will try a different style.

I'm disappointed these didn't work out. The arch support is just weird. I felt a higher lift on the outside of my foot at the arch rather than the inside; i have high arches and was surprised these felt so "off"

I like the look of these a lot and at first try, they felt really good. But the more I wore them, the more uncomfortalbe they felt, especially for anything more intense than walking. And now after 3 months of very moderate wear, there is a hole in the heel on the inside of the right shoe which is extremely uncomfortable. One other slightly annoying feature is that the bottoms of the shoes have wide gaps and many times rocks would get stuck in them and scratch the wood floors in our house. I really want to love these shoes and it's my first try with this brand but the quality is disappointing.

Did not like the new plastic like material used.

I love the way these felt when I walked around the house, and the way the top kind of hugs your feet. But I have high arches and when I ran with these I proceeded to have heel pain for the next two weeks- like really painful! I’ve never had this before with other brands. I wouldn’t recommend these for everybody, definitely try them out before committing. I’m still trying to stay with On Clouds, but will try a more flexible foot bed. This one is too firm. ??

I have a high instep and these shoes caused me a lot heel pain, after only wearing them twice. I'm not ready to give up on this brand but this particular style has a very firm sole, not very flexible, which is likely causing my heel pain. For reference, I usually wear Saucony or Mizunos without any issues. Will try the Cloudsurfers instead.

Too snug

Difficult to get on, there is a fixed tongue. Shoe felt way too snug. Had to return

The cloudswift fit was true to size and felt comfortable. However, once on they look very bulky. The white part seems to protrude a lot more than expected from the rest of the shoe. I ended up returning these and opting for the on cloud style instead.

Was at least a half size too small if not full size, and that rarely happens to me. But ultimately, they made my feet look like blocks. Little lego feet. There's nothing elegant about them

I love On shoes and I had been eyeing these for awhile! I finally got them and unfortunately they were not what I expected, they were really tight and the soles seemed very hard. Not much vision inside either. Unfortunately they are being returned.

I love the other two styles of On Cloud that I own, and wear them constantly. I was needing a new pair, so tried these. I prefer a neutral shoe, and this one feels loaded in the heel/back half of shoe. The result for me is it feels awkward to walk in, and the front part of foot where most of my pain is felt like it was being pressured by the back part, so more of the weight was landing uncomfortably in the front area.

Very stiff and uncomfortable shoe. Returned immediately after putting on.

The material felt hot after some time. The depth in the ball was to tight!

I purchased these shoes for longer runs, which for me means 8-15 miles. I am sad to say I took them off after half a mile and didn't like them at all. They felt too firm and harsh and not as flexible as I had hoped. I enjoy running shorter distances in the On Cloud 2.0 and was hoping for something that would feel similarly flexible and light but offer more cushion. Unfortunately this wasn't a win for me.

Was really excited for the release of these shoes and was disappointed. They run about a half size too small and the toe sticks straight up in the air. They are very comfortable but the style was not for me!

Sending back! Last two pairs of shoes I purchased came in a generic box from Amazon not from Zappos! Extremely disappointing, don’t trust them not to be knockoff’s

After wearing them twice the shoe string hole ripped.

The design does not accommodate wide feet. The eyelet area can widen with the shoe laces but the tongue area doesn’t widen impeding on the ease of getting the shoe on your foot. I do not know how the toe box fits as the thought squashing my foot through the narrow opening was very unappealing.

The shoe’s width doesn’t seem wide at all.
