I have ordered these before and the sole on this pair had a pink hue to it that the others had not. Returning.

felt an half size small don't like lacing parts

Both felt tight by the toe area and did not feel wide at all. Little support too.

Disappointed! These shoes were recommended by a friend and I loved them. Very comfortable - I bought them for walking shoes. I wore them to Disney World and walked all over the place. I bought in November but didn't really start wearing them to walk in until the last week in December at Disney. The soles have not held up at all! The rubber began falling off in chunks. I am throwing them away because the heels are completely gone and make me off balance. Very disappointing after what I paid for them.

These are not a true "white" color. They have a hint of yellowing. I returned them bc of this. Fit was great, arch support is great! Wish they were actually "white". I returned them.

I was so excited to get this shoe, I have heard such good things. but unfortunately it was not what I expected. the tongue of the sneaker is surrounded by a hard plastic piece that only stretches open so far so it was a bit touch squeezing my foot in. the heel sits very low, felt like it would flip off in heel area and that was without a sock. if I had a sock on it most likely would not have fit in the shoe. I have an average width foot, this shoe felt narrow. and what I was most excited about was the cushion of the sole, but that fell short also. it is not a shoe for people with high arches . but it is a nice looking athletic shoe it just was not a good fit for me

The box was labeled M width, but I ordered W width. These felt rather narrow, like for a true M width foot. If you are a wide, try a different brand.

I am disappointed with the width and size of these. I have wide feet with narrow heels. The toe box feels a bit small for the size ordered…

Way too small. Could not get on my foot because tongue is attached, not separate.

Bought my normal size 7 that I get in most sneakers and they were way too tight. Wore them for the first hour of work and my right foot started aching and both feet were going numb in my toes. I love the style and color but this is my very first pair of on's and these really ruined it for me. I don't think I'll be getting another pair. If you get these I would recommend going a 1/2 size to a full size up. Don't know if that would help or not. Took the insoles out of them and they were a little more comfortable but I shouldn't have to do that for them to be comfortable.

Shoe is shallow from under your foot to top of your foot. After 2 hours I have to take shoe off! I have a high arch so not enough support. The sole had a light pink tint to it that doesn’t show up in the advertisement. I don’t think this brand is for me!

did not fit in the arch for her feet. may be particular to her as she wears insoles.

This is my second pair of ON shoes. The first were fine. This is my first pair of Cloudswift. I ran a 5K with a lot of hills and developed big toe pain in my left foot. I attribute it to these shoes. I went back to wearing my Brooks Ghost and no problems. So may never purchase a pair of ON shoes again due to this particular issue. I wear a size 9 in running shoes and purchased the same size with all my shoes.

There was a lot of cushion in the back but not enough in the front of the shoe.

I am a bit bummed that these are narrower and had less room in the toe bed. I should have returned them before wearing them. :(.

I ordered a wide so I can wear them in winter with thicker socks but I can’t even fit my foot inside without a sock! Maybe it’s because of the attached tongue that fits like a sock? Such a shame

I’ve only worn a hand full of times and the sole is coming off very dissatisfied and disappointed

These do not feel as comfortable as my Cloud X's. I was looking for a pair of sneakers with more cushioning for when I run outside. These are not for me. They felt a little too tight, especially on my right foot.

This shoe hurt the outside of my foot. I have several pairs of On, but this particular pair was uncomfortable. I love the color, and had hoped to wear to a Tennessee Volunteer football game!

Shoes look great. Have not worn yet to give a good enough review on style or comfort. Need to exchange. They unfortunately send me wide when I did not order wide. Based on prior reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue. Will update when o get correct size.
