This shoe was so uncomfortable. Did not feel like walking on a cloud.

Unfortunately, These hurt my feet. My feet almost went numb. They weren’t necessarily small, they just hit my arch in a funny way that was very uncomfortable. I have loved some of the other on cloud styles.

I felt these ran small- I returned them and decided not to order another pair because the shoe seemed "cheap" despite the hefty price

This shoe is pretty to look at. However, please do not compare the On Cloud shoes by this one shoe alone. I have ordered other lines in this brand and have been very happy with them.

These shoes are terrible and I'm so disappointed. I was so excited to order a nice new pair of sneakers only to feel like my feet were being murdered while I was wearing them. I know people have mentioned these need to be broken in but if I'm paying over $100 on a pair of sneakers I would of expected these to be fair more comfortable.

No arch support, too bad. Otherwise a great shoe.

Extremely small! I ordered my usual size and couldn’t even put them on with socks! I was so excited about these then when I went to exchange them they didn’t have the next size up. :(

These were to narrow I returned them as I couldn't wear them

I first ordered the 7.5 W size then exchanged for the 8 W. I’m not sure what tiny people these sizes are based on but the Wide was definitely not WIDE. I have short fat feet and these did not work at all. Hate it because they are super cute! Flintstone feet beware…these will not work

This is the third pair I have tried. Cannot get a good fit with these shoes. Husband swears by them, but I am not so sure. This style is a full size too small.

I am a true 8 and the 8’s were way too tight. I loosened the laces as much as possible and my toes still went numb within minutes of wearing them around the house. The pair I got had clearly been worn and returned, but I would’ve returned them even if that wasn’t the case. I do think they’d be comfortable if I sized up at least a half size.

Everything about this shoe was not right.

I have other pairs of this same brand that have more cushioning. It was very uncomfortable on the outside of my foot. Not a great shoe for someone who over pronates.

Too narrow for me.

It was a struggle to get these on, and they felt both shorter and narrower than the size.

I love the look and comfort of these shoes, at first, but they just don’t hold up. I went through 2 pairs in a year because the back heel kept wearing down to where plastic was sticking though. All I did in these shoes was walking and a few low-impact workout classes. Very disappointed.

I have two pairs of on cloud sneakers that fit me beautifully . The two pair that I am returning feel quite different in size (too small) and not comfortable. Totally different fit. What caused this change. I am so disappointed because I will now have to go to a store to purchase without the ease of shopping from Zappos.

They must have changed the cloudswifts from the first design. Absolutely loved my first pair. This pair is terribly uncomfortable hurting my knees and fits a half size smaller than my first pair

Fit was much too small and too narrow.

I ordered size 7 M and that is what is shown in my order and was send size 7 W. They are suppose to be white but I would say they are gray.

The shoes are stylish and look really good. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! This is my second attempt with this name brand. I will not purchase again

Loved the shoe except unfortunately the toe of shoe way narrow. So I had to return. Wish they’d make them wider in that area.

The tongue on the shoe is glued to the base similar to sketchers. I could not get my foot in to the shoe. I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8 , order one size up
