I wear a size 10 M but lately been having some foot issues and need wide. I love the style of these so tried a pair. Only option was a 10.5 and I got the wide. They are lovely but no way they are a wide foot and the 10.5 was too short. I can wear a Saucony 10 medium width just fine. I was surprised the sizing was what it was. I love the look of them but better for narrow/regular size feet in my opinion

Too tight wasn’t a wide

I am giving these shoes an overall rating of one star. Comfort was great arch and heel support however, I am very disappointed when walking outside. The bottom of these shoes have what I call ridges and rocks and stones get wedged into them and you can feel them when you are walking. Had I know that would be an issue I would never have purchased them. I Would like to return them but unsure if I can as they have been worn outside a couple times.

The shoe had shoe laces, but they were cosmetic , so shoe was too tight in the instep. Disappointing.

These shoes are in no way wide. The length was good but I could barely get my foot in the shoe and it was so tight around my instep it was cutting off circulation.

Returned immediately. I found them weird to walk in.

This shoe has laces, but there is no "tongue" to allow my foot to go into the shoe. The laces are just there for show, apparently. I've never seen shoes that are made this way and I have a fairly high instep, but have never had this problem with lace-up shoes.

This shoe doesn't have an unconnected tongue. When I loosened the laces, there was not adequate space for me to squeeze my foot in wearing a sock. Only with a bare foot could I work my foot into this shoe! After getting my foot in, the shoe felt OK. But I usually wear socks when I exercise. . .

I don't understand how anyone can wear these shoes! They are horrible. I couldn't get them on even though I wear an 8and a 1/2. I couldn't get them on. They are horrible, I couldn't even squeeze them on. The picture looked better. Sorry, will return and exchange for a better known brand like Asics or Nike

OMG couldn’t even get my foot into this! Wide? NO WAY!!!

There is no chance these are wide. They actually look like a narrower fit than normal. Not sure how ON classifies widths, but if you have a wide foot, look elsewhere!

The fit and size of these shoes were great; however, I must give a 1 for Overall quality because this is my second pair of OnCloud shoes that have gotten a hole in the toe. I must raise my toe up when I walk and today it poked right through. Looked up the purchase to see that I've only had them for nine months. Bummer.

Cheap new parts on it. I loved this shoe and wore it all of the time, but it is much cheaper than the last 3 pairs I bought. Back to Zappos with a 1 rating.

SQUEAKY SHOES - every step I take these shoes squeak. I have another older pair exact model and color that do not have this issue. Family members have the same shoes without squeaking. ON CLOUD customer support would not warranty these shoes. I have video proof and have done everything they advise - the SHOES SQUEAK EVERY SINGLE STEP. These should be little kids shoes that like these. ON CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT HELP THE CUSTOMER so be aware

I love the bottom of theshoe. I have very narrow feet but the ON shoes is still in the toe box, so this one I ordered was wide and the toe box felt normal because it wide but it squishe my arch to the point of causing tingling in my foot within a few minutes. I do not like the tongue of the shoes that is sewed to the shoe so there is no give to how wide you can have the shoe. I am not sure how wide foot women could wear one. I bought not for comfort for the bottom that give good cushioning to my step on concrete. I have to put an insert to make it comfy inside.

this is the 2nd pair of these shoes I have tried to order in a Wide width; can't even get my foot in them. using a tape measure, I verified that this 2nd pair is exactly the same size as the 1st incorrect pair that was sent. while I appreciate the expedited manner in which the first Return was handled, I still didn't get what I ordered :-( when I called about the 1st pair, I told them the position of the "W" on the box simply indicated it was a Women's shoe....not a WIDE. I'm confident about this as I also ordered a pair for my daughter that were a Medium width and her shoe box also had this W on the box.

Unacceptable. I received a worn pair of sneakers.

The shoe came ripped where the shoe laces are supposed to be .

I originally bought the regular width and they were too tight so I exchanged them for the wider size and they are still to tight... till the point my toes hurt.... they are not the same as the oncloudswift classic

These shoes are really small! I tried to wear them over several days and no matter when/what time of day I tried them on they were way too small.
