Small and not comfortable, no support, too tight

My shoes hurt my feet. I need to return them for a full refund

Completely wore through treads to the Plastic in less than a year!!! I was shocked given the cost and the reputation. I’m not even a runner. I walk 2 to 3 miles a day six days a week

Does not fit like two other pairs of on cloudswifts that I purchased elsewhere in the same size.

Terribly uncomfortable. Will be returning.

I have the same exact shoes in black and these are smaller. They came in an unmarked box which leads me to believe they could be an imposter or sized incorrectly.

We sent the shoes back - the shoes had a pink tint to the soles. The pictures online showed white soles. The shoes were also dirty and there were hairs in the box when we unpackaged them - there was dirt marks on the side of the shoes and along the bottom edges. I am sure these have been purchased before and sent back - probably because of the pink soles. I was disappointed in the quality when they were this expensive.

The sneaker does open -with a wider foot , you cannot get your foot in easily … They are going back

I hate the attached tongue

Very tight across width and instep- not a good choice for a high volume foot. I wanted to try this popular brand but will be sending back, cannot even walk around in my house

Very stiff shoe

I was looking forward to getting these shoes and they finally arrived today. I am very disappointed, once I opened the box I could see these shoes have been worn. I am unable to exchange for my size as they are sold out.

I usually wear an 8.5-9 I couldn’t keep these on my feet for more than a few seconds they were so tight.

This shoe was awesome for my daughter until she was playing basketball outside last week, and BOTH sides of BOTH shoes RIPPED!!! I don't know if they were just defected or what! We have NEVER had shoes to do this before. HELP!!

These sneakers were a half size too small and very narrow. These sneakers were nothing like the same pair I bought directly from On Cloud previously. The markings on the sneakers were all different. I have returned them being disappointed. They clearly are a knockoff sneaker. Best to order direct from On Cloud.

Stylish but uncomfortably stiff! I walk about 3 to 4 miles per day. I can't imagine walking or running in these. It's a fun fad shoe. Nothing more. I bought a pair to wear at Disney. No way. They're so narrow. I bought a half size bigger too. If I got any bigger they would've been too long then. Odd shoe. I need wide to be comfortable. When walking long distances I won't trade comfort for style.

These shoes really hurt my feet to run in. Specifically my left foot, now I can’t run without my foot being in pain. And whenever I walk in the shoes the pain comes back… very disappointed as I thought these were supposed to be supportive shoes.

Way too tight!

The opening was so tight, I couldn't get my foot in. This is my third pair. Each pair gets stiffer and tighter. sent back

Absolute dogshit website. If anyone can see this review before ordering, your welcome for saving your time. It’s all a giant scam. They just cancel your order and take your money. Dogshit ass website

I have problem feet due to mortons neuromas. I have seen so many people wearing them, so I thought I would try them. Shoe felt cheap and like colored hard foam. There wasn't anything good about this shoe. I'm very thankful for Zappos for letting me try so many shoes and having to send them back. I could not afford to pay shipping to me and return them as many times I try shoe after shoe.

I have purchased this shoe at least 3 times. This pair is noticeably smaller. I am I able to wear them.

This shoe runs very small, in fact at least one size smaller than normal, I am now on the phone with the customer service department and it is a very slow process with someone Shameek who seems to be new, she says she's in the Caribbean and the weathers great, then she came back and said you should go check with your neighbors it has been delivered...this is crazy, I know it was delivered it is too small! UGH Should have just done this myself. Now they say they don't have the item in the next size up. I am just asking for money back!

Because of the design of the shoe, I could not even fit my foot in to try on.

I could hardly get my foot into the shoe since the whole upper part is one piece and has no stretch or give. Once I forced my foot into the shoe it was snug. The length was fine, so going up a half size would have meant the shoe would be too long. I had my daughter (same size feet) try them on and she had the same experience. I don't understand why these shoes have such glowing reviews.
