I have been wearing HOKA's since 2012. This is the first pair that have ever caused any distress. Speed Goats are my current shoe and these seemed close in description & were on sale so I bought them.
Thank goodness for HOKA's return policy. I wore them on three different occasions and I had terrible shin splints the next day. Additionally, they seemed wider than my other HOKA's.
Just not right for me. Probably a great shoe for a different runner.

There was something in the heel of the right foot that would push up in my heel I could not wear them so I return them. But I've been buying hocus for years I just got a different pair that works for me.

I bought my wife the Challenger ATR 5 and she has walked in them 3 times . She complains of hip, calf and leg pain when walking in these. When walking in her original walking shoes she does not experience pain. She's very disappointed as I have always had success with the 3 pairs I purchased.

These shoes were actually very nice looking and loved the material but there wasn't a lot of toe room for me. I have several pairs of the Bondi and the toe box is large and very comfy. I returned these for an exchange for Bondis but that was Sept 12th. Just received an email that return was received 9/30 but can't find it on the website or the exchange so I can track it. Tried chat but was told outside the hours but it wasn't. I called Monday at 11:30 EST and the stated hours are 10:00 EST so? Then I tried to call but waited and waited and waited and gave up. Then I emailed but was told they won't reply to email only chat (which doesn't work or calls, wait all day or text which I am going to try next to cancel the exchange and find another shoe source.

These are the most uncomfortable running shoes I have ever worn. I was actually astounded at how terrible they were given their cult following. I am almost always a 7.5, have a high arch, and a narrow foot. I generally look for cushioned, neutral shoes. These are advertised as such, but the fact that there was so little cushion isn't really the worst problem. They were too big in every way, even when I got down to a size that was an appropriate length. They were so ill-fitting that it was almost as if they hadn't been professionally made. They weren't even really the shape of a foot. The sole was huge and had zero arch support. My foot swam in the shoe itself, even when the laces were fully tightened. Does Hoka make shoes for giants? Aliens? It's really astounding. I've just never worn a shoe before that felt as though it hadn't been made with a human foot in mind. And the famous Hoka cushioning? Non-existent. What a bizarre shoe. I won't be trying any of their other models.

We had a good 167 miles together, then she ripped, would love a second try 7W if Hoka would respond to my return request. (Normally wear a 7.5, 7W was just right).

My legs hurt so bad from them after wearing them for 2 weeks, they're the worst shoe ever! I'm a CNA and would never recommend these! I love the Clifton 5's and y'all quit making them and I've tried the 6's and they don't compare to the 5's for Nursing!!!

I have had these shoes for less than 2 months and the sole is already peeling off. Tried numerous times to contact warranty department to no avail.

Product wasn't bad. Decided to try them due to friends that had been raving about HOKA shoes. It was a little narrow so I was hoping to exchange for a wide shoe that was just as colorful as the ones I chose.
