I am on my feet a lot for an office job. I also walk on breaks. These shoes are great for that. The only thing, my feet are medium. These shoes are almost too narrow, but only across the ball of my feet.

I used to only run in the Clifton, but after they changed the style with the 4 I decided to see what else was out there. I tried the Gaviota 2 and loved it. This will be my go-to running shoe (I hope they don't change it in the future!).

I have only had them for a few weeks and I've done more elliptical than running during this time, but so far I do find them comfortable and supportive.

Good stability, insufficient cushion

Shoestrings are still too long and over time they twist up. You could make them shorter and stronger with better materials.

Really comfortable. A liitle small in the toe box

I find that my arches hurt after a while when wearing these sneakers.

These shoes are absolutely amazing for road running, especially if you need a stability shoe...no pain in the knees or feet...at least for the first 50 miles......that's right around the time the cushioning is less...and by the time I hit about 120 miles, the tread is pretty worn...so if you like buying shoes every 3 months, there is nothing finer.

I train by running and jumping with a 7 lb jump rope and need the cushioning for the pressure on the balls of my feet when coming down. I have previously used your shoes with great success but the last pair felt a little snug in width and I purchased with wide version in hopes of avoiding pressure on the plantar fascia. I should have purchased the regular width.

I have flat feet and gave the Gaviscon 2 a try for the first time about 2 months ago. After the first month, I was impressed enough to order a second pair. The mid foot support has provided more support than any other brand designed for optimal arch support that I have tried. I walk 5 to 5-1/2 miles at least 5 days/week and the lack of noticeable wear on the soles to date is promising. I have the same comment I have with all specialized shoes; please make some great colors, even some neon ones! That would give it a 5!

Walking

I like this shoe but I wish the tongue were longer.

I started walking about two months ago, I read about Hokas online and decided to give them a try. I have a flat feet so I was looking for cushion and support. These shoes now turned into my work shoes since I'm on my feet all day. They work great for me and have plenty of cushioning, well worth the money!

I like the look if the shoe but it doesn't feel wide enough even though I purchased a wide width.

I have used the Bondi 6 before, this time I am trying he Gaviota 2 as per your recommendation from your questionaire . ( Normally I would have just gone with the Bondi 7) The verdict is still out until I break them in. At the moment they feel tight width wise. Thanks PS what happened to the bright yellow HOKA logo on the shoe as shown on the web site.

This shoes has more stability than the Arachi. The support if phenomenal. I have metatarsal issues so I do find the padding is not quite adequate for my foot situation which is the only reason I gave four stars. With that being said, I am still keeping them!

Hoya One One shoes are very comfortable and I have owned 4 pairs. However, every pair I have worn for very long gets a hole in the toe (my husbands have done the same). I would like to see a toe structure change so this doesn't happen!

I love the fit and performance of the Gaviata 2. This is my fourth pair. Great cushion and support while maintain a light weight. My only improvement is that the tread wears down much quicker that my previous running shoes so I am replacing more often.

So far so good , however my last purchase was good as well for the 1st three months , then the side of my shoes ripped out. Love the way the shoes feel as long as they hold up

Nice shoe, rather stiff with little flexibility. In time I'm hoping that will improve!! I did purchase another style that Hoka offers and that pair is amazingly comfortable and has so much support!! I would buy that shoe again!!!

ECU of the past three pairs of Hokas have accompanied to the gym and on long runs. I am sold on your brand of shoe and will be a customer for a long time.

Most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. My only complaint is that after two months of wearing these, a lot of the sole have worn smooth.

I have had 3 pair of Gaviota 1. I loved the cushion and support of them. Recently got the Gaviota 2. While they are still good, they feel less stable and less cushioned than the Gaviota 1. Hoping Hoka splits the difference on the Gaviota 3.

My big toes are fused changing my gait. This shoe allows me to walk without pain in my feet, knees or hips!! I have never been a runner but these shoe make me feel like I could run a marathon!!
