I love the Glycerins, but very disappointed in the colors offered for the women. Not every woman likes pastels, pinks and purples, and lately so much black and grey! Please, offer some primary color choices.

I've owned Glycerin 12s-16, and now 17s . While I love Glycerins, they seem to have declined over time. For example, comparing an older pair of Glycerin 15s to my new Glycerin 17s, the heel cushioning in the 15s is noticeably softer. The change is subtle from 15 to 16 and 16 to 17, but my 17s felt harsh when I got them so I compared them to my old shoes to make sure it wasn't me. Also, brooks has somehow changed the footbed or the lower side of the shoe where the footbed ends because there is now a pressure point on the middle of the outside of my right foot in the 17s that's not there with the 16s or the 15s. Finally, brooks has gone from round, cord-like laces to flat laces which I've always found to be less durable. Hoping the 17 is just an aberration.

Great feeling shoe but they need to come in better colors. These old dull colors are tired. Please Brooks!!

I bought these for my husband. He typically wears a 14 in all shoes, but these were a bit too large (long). The coloring is fantastic and really makes the shoe less standout (meaning it's less noticeable that you're wearing a tennis shoe if you wanted a nice casual look).

I initially ordered true to size, but felt the toe box was hugging to snuggly on the front top of the sneaker (both feet). Exchanged for 1/2 size bigger and have been very happy. I'm a long distance runner and the 1/2"-1" up front works really well for me. The cushioning is great and not overabundant (like the Hookas I've tried). Loving the look and feel of these!

Really good trainer. However, I needed to replace them after only about 230 miles. Would have expected closer to 300 out of them but hey they're super soft and more of a "plush and delicate shoe", in my opinion. I run on side walks and roads a lot so that definitely takes a toll on shoes but my last pair (Brooks Launches) held up a bit better.

These shoes look and feel great. They are nice and springy... comparable to Adidas Ultraboost, but with better fit. However, I am returning because they do not over the extra arch support that I so need to help manage my plantar fasciitis. I also have the Brooks Bedlam and Adrenaline GTS 19, but I will try the Beast 18 next!

Arrived on time as told they would. Wore around in house to make sure of fit. Looking forward to working out in these new brooks.

Wanted to love this shoe, but it didn't feel neutral to me (felt like supination correction). I've always worn neutral . Everything else was great. Unfortunately had to return (love Zappos return policy).

The Glycerin 17 fit was very good. My only issue was the Support Type. Although it said it was neutral, I felt it was trying to correct for pronation. I've always worn neutral shoes and this pair of Glycerins definitely did not feel neutral. I had to return (love Zappos return policy).

They are great for running and the gym. Run 1/2 size small. Style is not modern.

Had read about this shoe and was looking for high cushioned shoe based on ankle and knee stress. The shoe is a great design but the width is inadequate for my wide feet. I need a 4E toe box and the widest this shoe came in was the equivalent of a 2E. Liked them and think if you have a narrower foot than I do they would work quite well

I use the Brooks Ghost 11 and I love it. I run about 10 miles a week, but have been increasing due to half-marathon training. I had very high hopes for the Brooks Glycerin 17, eagerly waiting for it to come out. The shoe is beautifully designed and extremely comfortable walking. However when I started running, it was painful. Tried 3 runs and had to return them.

Good shoe. My old school 11's were built much tougher. These shoes are very narrow and it leaves blisters on my feet if I run more than 3 miles a day.

I tried two different sizes - both just didn't fit right. I find the toebox a bit too narrow and not high enough to allow the forefoot needed space - and so the shoe just feels to tight. I like the contour/mocassin-like fit, I like the smooth, cushiony feel of the shoe, and I like how the heel fits, but the shoe just fits too snugly and I end up with multiple hot spots under my feet and toes.

The shoe is very comfortable. However, it pushes my feet forward when I land, And I keep getting a blister. Maybe with more usage, it will get better.

I bought Glycerin thinking it was an upgraded Ghost(which I love). But Glycerin is a different shoe, and does not justify the $20 extra one pays for it. For one, it has a narrower heel than the Ghost, and also felt stiffer then the Ghost. Sorry, didn't work for me.

Not a fan of the Glycerin 17 that I purchased to replace the Ghost 12. I was expecting a more stable shoe. The Glycerin 17 feels less substantial and has more narrow toe box than the Ghost 12. The upper materials are thin and provides little support. While I could return them, I probably won't. I've got a few miles in them, and it's not a bad running shoe, comfortable enough, stylish, but as the popular commercial says, "not exactly." I would not buy the Glycerin 17 again.

I have worn 4 pair of these over the last few years. They are hit and miss as far as fit. The toe box is almost always to small.

I really like Brooks sneekers for my exercise classes at the YMCA but this pair has the tounge stitched to the top side of the sneeker and I can hardley get my foot into the sneeker. Very tight at teh top.

Brooks Ghost been my Go To with my marathon training, but seeing HOKA craze, loyal to Brooks, tried Glycerin. Heaviness with heel strike, stiif upper mesh, crowded toe box. Rain amplified heaviness. Just not responsive, cushion ride as I expected. Like to have an alternative to my Ghosts f ultra distance runs, but either stay w my Ghosts or Wade into that HOKA crowd. Stay true and cushion Brooks

In all previous Brooks shoes I was a 10.5. This one was way too small and too uncomfortable to keep. Returned.

First pair of Brooks I ever had to send back. The material felt super thin (could be because of the “breathable” mesh), but it makes your feet not feel very secure in the shoe when in motion. They felt like they’d get a hole within a few months of wear. The toe box was also super narrow with less arch support than previous Glycerins models and rubbed blisters all over my feet. I got a pair of Hoka’s instead.
